I think all that talk of superheroes made us all a bit feisty

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Bumperlicious · 15/10/2007 07:58

no holidays here either as dh isn't allowed any leave from now till and of January

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 07:59

Bumper...will you regret mellow monday or duvet/laptop time most?

I personally would opt for going out... simply because I now wish I had done more of that when I could!!

Did you get my email the other night btw? my email account is playing up.

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 07:59

oops should have read 'will you regret MISSING mellow monday/duvet....etc'

doh

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 08:14

arse, poobum, wank

I have not had any post in about 10 days
now I can't log in to my email, it says I don't exist
I am going to get withdrawal symptoms

I ordered nappies 2 weeks ago, they haven't arrived

I am waiting on a £100 refund

I can't get my car loan without the forms

arse, poobum, wank

That little verse sings quite nicely you know.

Bumperlicious · 15/10/2007 08:23

Yes fury, sorry I didn't reply. I didn't get a chance after that but I really appreciated it. I think a lot of what you said is right and it's normal but going to check it out asap anyway.

What the deal with the nappy lady btw?

andiem · 15/10/2007 08:24

it does you know fury maybe we should adopt it as our peed off song

bumper I would go out but that is cos I think it is good for me to be out and about

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 08:24

I am still waiting for Paypal's outcome.

Are things a bit more positive now?

I have the arse, bloody DS keeps waking at 4.30

Bumperlicious · 15/10/2007 08:27

I think I will stay in today, but only coz I want to try and get hold of my HV, but you are right about making the most of the time, and I usually do go to lots of groups, but it's going to be a busy week, this afternoon got the Osteo for DD, tomorrow is baby massage, bfing group then visiting a friend with a new baby, weds is jabs so probably a write of! Thursday is always busy, bounce and rhyme, bumps and babes, postnatal group, friday is DH's day off, saturday he has to work but I might venture to the MIL. So I think today we will not get dressed for a while, but will go to Mellow monday next week.

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 08:40

Bumper...based on the rest of your week, stay in bed!!!

LittleMissNorty · 15/10/2007 08:44

Morning All

Blimey Bumper....you are certainly busy...I haven't been to a single group in the 20 weeks I've had DD ...off to a friends for lunch today though

Right, tumble dryer to sort, diswasher to empty, bottles to make up, DD to put to bed!

DD woke at 5am this morning playing in her cot....and I ignored her ....when I woke up at 7, she was fast asleep again

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 08:53

I feel sick
I think I ate too many bran flakes

Bumperlicious · 15/10/2007 08:54

If I didn't go to these groups I wouldn't get any other adult conversation all day! None of my pre-dd friends have babies.

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 08:55

Bumper.
Adult conversation is highly overrated. At least, it is HERE anyway

Bumperlicious · 15/10/2007 09:08

Ooh, I love branflakes! I regularly have 2 breakfasts a day.

OK, some on on the floor changing DD's nappy and I feel something odd...

...my pyjama bottoms tearing around my fat arse! Is the world tying to tell me something? They're size 16-18 too!

Bumperlicious · 15/10/2007 09:09

Ok, just realised the irony of that post, maybe 2 breakfasts is the problem!

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 09:13

I did just laugh out loud when I read that

Bumperlicious · 15/10/2007 09:26

in my defense they are cheapo primark pj's...ok, i know it doesn't help, i've incriminated myself too far. I'm so !

Sputnik · 15/10/2007 09:27
