eah lets hope for no more rain so e&h can plat together outside!

eandh · 24/07/2007 21:02

I am so glad that I am at work 2 days a week

Wilkie · 24/07/2007 21:27

Vino - must be catching, I feel really down tonight. I'm sure the meeting will be fine - maybe jot a few notes down to take with you. Even if you don't use them they will give you peace of mind knowing you have them.

EAH - it's be a loooooonnnggg 9 weeks. How is H today? Has her cold gone?

Had a lovely day with RGee and Vino (although I have discovered Vino has a secret tupperware fetish and her favourite shop is Millets..... )

LTH - UD text me and said 'Why is LTH texting me??? Can't stand the woman, really don't want to meet with her...'

Right, best carry on with the f*cking coving. I could really do without it tonight....

Evening everyone!

Wilkie - sorry to hear your bad news. Sending you hugs for the hard days to come

Pcf - I had a terrible sore throat last week so can sympathise - even dh let me go to bed one afternoon (although then proceeded to tell me he'd had the same sore throat for weeks and how terrible he felt )

Vino - hope meeting goes ok for you tomorrow

Hello to everyone else hope you all had a good day. I dropped lo off for a nursery visit today and she seemed ok. They took her out for a walk as it was nice but she slept for 40 mins - but then got her home and she slept another 2.5 hours so shouldn't have been worried

Then went all the way to Owlcotes (you yorkshire lasses will know where that is) to big M&S to buy new school uniform as local M&S only had 1 school skirt in stock. Got all the way there and there was nothing at all the right size/colour so was really annoyed. Never mind - went to Asda next door and spent about a quarter of the price!!!

We're off to Bournemouth on holiday at the weekend so might go shopping again tomorrow. Also have dr appointment for that milk allergy thing so will let you know what they said.

Off to bed now - good night all!

eandh · 25/07/2007 06:17

EAH - wind....we have the same problem with J. They stink so badly that I keep thinking he has pooed. Think it may be the Weetabix?!?

Canmummy - I bet your LOs are thrilled that you are buying school uniforms at the beginning of the summer holidays

PCF - Dequacain (sp?) for sore throats is excellent. They taste a bit rank but numb the throat with anasthetic. HTH

Had a good night here as J slept through so am feeling partially refreshed. A lay in until 9am would still be nice though....

It's chucking it down here today - it was glorious yesterday

No news from my friend yet this morning but thanks for the good wishes. It is just so awful and makes you realise how much you take family for granted. Gonna give mum an extra big hug next time I see her.

Right, J is shrieking at a bit of fluff on the floor (weird child). Laters x

theUrbanDryad · 25/07/2007 09:56

PCF - merocaine is good too. has the same plan extract as the ashton & parson's powder!

well Zac had a good night but woke at about 7 and hasn't had a nap yet! he usually goes down for a sleep about an hour after he wakes, so it's a bit weird. i know he's tired cause he's all grizzly, just won't sleep!

LTH - stupidly i didn't make a note of your number when you MSN'd me, can you give me a one-ring or a txt so i've got it?

theUrbanDryad · 25/07/2007 10:02

Lizzz - i have a mission for you, should you choose to accept it. i want a vest top, that has an integrated bra, in my size (34FF) and also has a front opening for nursing. figleaves.com do them, but not in my size. JoJo Maman do them, but not in my size. a fantastic site called Glamourmom do them, but not in my size.

you see my problem? am i a weird size or something?

MrsCarrot · 25/07/2007 10:20

I was measured at 34FF, UD, and then I couldn't find a bra anywhere in that size. When I asked the assistant she said most don't do that size, only F or G and I should try their 34G which fitted perfectly.

LadyTophamSortingHatt · 25/07/2007 11:10

UD, text on is way

Lizzzombie · 25/07/2007 11:46

34FF does exist, but only in decent bra shops. Debenhams, John Lewis, Bravissimo, Contessa (before they all close down) M&S dont sell FF though. Dunno why.
UD - havent seen any front fastening vest/integrated tops in that size at all. Like MrsC says, try a G, you'll be fine with that, the difference is marginal.
Wilkie - did you get the love tune I sent you? What did you think?
I have a problem. I think I need professional help....I have had 3 Belgian Buns already this week and its only Wednesday. Yes, I know, one a day is showing some form of self restraint, but really...its not good. Any tips?! I've decided its a side effect from my 4 week period. (sorry if TMI) went to Drs today who is booking me in for a gynea appt to check it out. Scary. Never had anything like that before. Apart from giving birth obviously! anyway...

Wilkie · 25/07/2007 13:19

God I feel naffer than a naff day out in naffsville Really low and crap. Hate it when I get like this for no apparent reason.

Got the tune Liz thank you - it is really lovely but not quite what I am looking for.

I'm going now to wallow in my own self pity for a while...
