i brush calebs teeth too.... don't use toothpaste though as i'm concerned about them swallowing all the floride. i use the weleda kids toothpaste for sarah.

caleb was a star again last night but unfortunately sarah had a sore tummy and was screaming all night long fair deauce to caleb though.... he slept through it all!

only problem with the good nights is he's awake and redy for action at stupid o clock in the morning..... i am soo not a 6 am kind of gal

hope dd is feeling better nbg. did you sort a courier for the dog?

I now think it isnt chicken pox although it could very well be and if it is, she wont be contagious now anyway as the spots are out.
She isnt going to school today because shes thrown a hissy fit and apparently her eyes are sore

Ellis had another good night. He went down at 7:30, woke at 10:30 and 4:15 then 6:30 so still a good improvement.
I however am not as good. I stopped taking my AD's a week ago. 1 because I had run out and kept forgetting to pick my prescription up and secondly because they were making me feel sick.
Anyway, my body has gone into withdrawl and I've been feeling really dizzy. I'm going to the Doctors this afternoon so hopefully they'll be able to give me an alternative that wont make me feel sick!

there must be a sore eyes bug going around coz thats sarah's currant favourite whinge too hope dd recovers from whatever pox related illness she has quickly though, poor girl's had a rotton time lately.

well done ellis (how depressing is it we are happy about only being woken 3/4 times a night?!) calebs woke for a feed at 11pm last night and then stayed in his cot til the iddle of the night and was very good.... awake at the crack of dawn screeching into my face again though!

i'm off to swimming with my 2 now.... on my own with the pair of them so if i'm not heard from again i'll just have had a nervous breakdown and be quivering in a corner for a few years

Pinky, you ought to let the staff know that they should check all 4 corners of the pool before they close just to make sure your not in one of them rocking back and forth

we're alive.... and i didn't kill anyone, althoufgh it was a close call.

some very nice strangers took pity on me and herded and carried kids, coats and towels for me

and once i got in there i found some women i knew so we were good.... i know for next week to bring the buggy though as they let you bring it down to poolside which would have made things easier but hey, you live and learn. caleb only had to lie on the floor screaming for 10 mins or so

Looks like its been busy in here , sorry for my departures. When I and all of this house get ill, I tend to feel all sorry for our poor selves. Drama queen that I am lol.

dd2 is now army shuffling and its very funny , she also lays on her side as if someone should feed her grapes.

I now have my 2nd period BLUERGH but the other one only finished a week ago [crying emoticon needed here]. had this before and it went on for a few months EVERY 10 DAYS.

anywhooo enough negative stuff form me, despite set backs in doing my exercises for my spd etc , Ive still managed to uplift my fitness level and been able to walk a little bit with the buggy here and there without being in a state by the evening. So there's a little movement for the better.

Nbg , I hadnt even thought of the toothpaste transition , dd1's been using macleans kids strawberry for ages and always comments on our minty one , , will have to start introducing some of our minty one now, she keeps saying we have different ones !

Im thinking may be getting those finger rubber things for teeth cleaning for dd2 , anyone used them ?

Melsy - I got several free Bonjela toothbrush like things which I have been using one to clean Molly's tooth. I'll send you one if you want. It's really for applying teething gel but it works really well for toothpaste. Just email me.

Had a better night last night. Only woke at 3:30 and 5:30, then 7. The night before was awful.

Am going swimming tomorrow but dh is off so we're doing the mission together, lol. I would certainly not do it on my own! Pinky you are very brave. I darent even take them both to town!

dp is teaching me to drive at the minute but as we have no babysitter we have to bring the kids with us.... tell you something girls, it's not good for the nerves!

glad you had a good night out booby... very as the last night out i had was when i was about 4 weeks pregnant!

sarh has her dieticians appointment today so fingers crossed she'll be helpful. still no sign of the paeds appointment though.

poor caleb has nappy rash so last night was back to theusual craziness and screeching all night still, at least we know he can sleep normally so there's hope!

Just taken Alex to the park - they have baby swings there and he loves them. Isnt this weather gorgeous!

I am leaving for work shortly - NBG yes I am enjoying it although I miss Alex like mad when I am there. But I am only working about 16 hours a week so its not too bad.

Hi ladies - you didn't scare me off - been busy with work the last few days - hardly seen my little girl! Hope all those who are ill are on the mend now and all babies are doing OK, eating well and sleeping lots at night! We're having probs with dd's eating - she's only gained 1.5oz in a fortnight - hey ho I'm sure she'll be interested in food (other than fruit and yoghurt) one day! Catch up soon.

Off swimming this afternoon and I'm looking forward to that. I got a new cossie so at least I wont have to bear all on my bikini. The embarrasment!

2208SEW, I wouldnt worry about the food. I havent been offering food at all meal times for ds and when I do he hardly eats anything. Most of the time he has nothing but I'm happy that he's still gaining weight and besides, they get most of their calories from milk still.

Well its been my first week as a SAHM again although I'm still classed as employed and getting paid (GREAT!) I've had a fun packed week with my lil man and he's knackered!
I took him for his first swim, went for lunch with work colleagues and Jackson went crazy with a balloon on a string, we went shopping, got ready to go to a playgroup but got turned away as it was full..gutted! And tomorrow I'm taking him to Boots to have his photos done! Phew!

I just cant seem to get motivated about losing weight at the moment and have given up slimming world! I think I have a serious problem with chocolate and toast ..I still look about 6 months pg and hate seeing recent pics of me, note why I havent been arsed to sort out my profile yet!

Hope all the babas are doing well and great to hear some of them are on the move, Jackson is still doing a backwards shuffle on his belly lol.

I also think of Arabica, hope her dd is ok, wish we could find out how they are both doing?

Yes BHM I was just wondering about Arabica yesterday and how they are doing. I was remembering when she was getting builders in her house and she fancied one of them. The reason I was remembering that was that my neighbour has builders at her house and they were all stripped off to the waist (I was disgusted) but I thought of Arabica.

I am shattered, so so so so so tired. Working as a waitress is bloody hard work and then coming home, getting crap sleep, and looking after Alex all day is really taking its toll on me. I am looking forward to next week when I will only be working at the weekends so I can catch up on sleep.

I am so of those of you whose babies are moving! Alex is 7 months old and still cant even roll over!

hello everyone! came back from our holidays last night - had a fantastic time and dd was soooo well-behaved!

the last i heard about arabice was just after the MN blanket had been given to Esja and they were doing ok.
