Roll call please ladies and perhaps add the number of slings and buggies you have acquired at the time of posting... Wink

hugs to wil

zyla try feeding off one boob within one hour then the next. and keep eating and drinking yourself. is she doing the fluttery sucks? that indicates end of boob.

Am on a fucking golf course. Baby missed a load of feeds due Ro interminable journey but asleep now and not feeding though have dream fed her...let's see how it goes.

More tomorrow from the wedding. I am not a fan of weddings, hence not having one of my own. Angry

She was a big eater before, but maybe she was over compensating for being a tiny at birth and eating to keep acid down.
I hope so anyway.

Nick a golf cart and joyride it.
Then post pics for us on fb..

willywallace · 07/03/2015 00:24

Yes Yes! to the golf cart idea. You could pose in your various slings Grin .

Fingers crossed for bearable nights everyone.

Nessalina · 07/03/2015 07:00

Golf. Ugh.

Well I'm up at the crack of dawn to go to Crufts! Grin Going to bundle J into his car seat and get going!

JuniDD · 07/03/2015 07:11

Have fun ness!

Off to look for a golf cart, hand expressing as I go...missed feeds = explody boobs. Angry Baby seems happy though!

RPopz · 07/03/2015 10:07

Haha, ostentatious breastfeeding on a golf cart juni ?? Grin

Ooh Crufts! So jel!! Say hi to all the cocker spaniels to me Ness Grin

Oh I'm sorry wil Sad Do you think she's in pain? She's got a lot on her plate with the reflux too, poor mite.

willywallace · 07/03/2015 10:08

I have the best image of you right now Juni Grin .

Enjoy the dogs Ness.

You're all making me feel bad for still being in bed. I think I may force myself to go out in the horrific weather to mothercare and see what I can spend my voucher on.

willywallace · 07/03/2015 15:41

Are you ok Zyla?

Nessalina · 07/03/2015 16:00

On our way home from Crufts! Was absolutely fab apart from a nasty incident where a c*nt of a man told me off for BFing on his stupid display benches Angry Surely if other people were sat eating fruit then J could have his lunch? Grrr. Still pissed off about it and it was 2hrs ago, need to let it go now. It's just so frustrating - you're not best placed to fight back with a rational response when you've got your boob out Grin

Hope things are ok for all exhausted viroids Smile Definitely go for wallowing in bed over Mothercare on a Saturday Wils!

willywallace · 07/03/2015 16:56

That's shocking Ness, what a cunt.

Our Mothercare isn't busy. It also isn't any good so that's probably why. They had nothing I needed although did get some long girls socks which I'm going to see if I can cut the feet off to make leg warmers for MicroWil as she can't wear tights.

Nessalina · 07/03/2015 17:08

Oh cute Wil! Grin Leg warmers for babies is a great idea! Eighties-tastic!

RPopz · 07/03/2015 19:00

What display was it Ness? I'd be writing to them to complain and social media-ing their ass. Not exactly good PR for any company.

Nessalina · 07/03/2015 20:08

Frustratingly they must have been a latecomer to the show because the exhibit isn't named in the show guide, or I would have done exactly that Popz!

JuniDD · 07/03/2015 20:33

ness that's awful. I would be so upset in your shoes. Name and shame at will! Hope Crufts was good in general though.

Has today been better zyla? I got v stressed about green poo and called the Association of BF Mothers helpline who were great. If it helps, we had green poo here today so it's not necessarily something to worry about.

She went down for the night at half five so getting room service then hoping to get a couple of hours before the first night feed.

OP posts:
willywallace · 07/03/2015 20:42

What are you getting from room service?

Nessalina · 07/03/2015 22:12

ARG! Mumsnet stole my post! Confused

We had about 10 days of green poo early on, and i agonised over why it was happening, but my GP basically said not to worry! So long as the baby is putting on weight then they're getting all the nutrition they need, green poo is just one of those things.

J's poos are now terrifyingly thick bright yellow peanut butter affairs! Lovely. We had to abandon a vest today after a poo incident that was just too bad to come back from! Grin

FurryScoob · 08/03/2015 12:00

Aaaaarrrrrrhhhhhh my washing machines died! Sad

willywallace · 08/03/2015 12:05

Awful news Furry. Fixable or total death?

RPopz · 08/03/2015 13:46

I feel your pain Furry ... the fridge part of our fridge freezer is buggered so the whole thing's a write off. Epic timing! Not as bad as a broken washer though... have you got sympathetic friends/ family!?

Minion · 08/03/2015 16:06

Oh god! That's my worst nightmare. I've spent too much of my life at launderettes. It's like being thrown back in to the stone ages!
Well we rang out of hours abs been sent to hospital to see paediatric doc. They are keeping her and me in over night to monitor her feeding so husband has gone home to pack some things for us.
Bugger.
Now he'll get a cracking sleep and I'll need to wake every 3 Hours, it's like having a newborn again.

RPopz · 08/03/2015 18:22

Crap min - is she still not eating? Sad

cookielove · 08/03/2015 19:19

Wow *min" that must be a bit of a shock, jealous that your husband gets a proper night sleep!

Our hot water has broken three times in four weeks! And is still broken - sad times!

E has got his appetite back - yay! And has learnt to chew Grin

ness can you write to the organiser's and complain?

Just did a 25 minute cardio workout I am noe shattered Blush

FurryScoob · 08/03/2015 19:27

Oh no min Flowers are you just in for one night? Hope they can get R eating again.

Luckily my mums just down the road so I can use her washer for now. Mines nearly 10 years old so if its not something I can poke about & fix it'll be going to the great scrap heap in the sky out on the drive for the 'scrap metal collectors'

willywallace · 08/03/2015 19:37

Oh Min what a worry for you. Hope they find out what's wrong.

Glad E is feeling better Cookie. I have a pukey one here today. Hoping her meds get adjusted tomorrow and that it has an effect because I can't put her down for a second. Another weekend lost!

Minion · 08/03/2015 21:06

Hopefully just the one night. She fed earlier and gave up after 50mls. They want another 3x 90mls in her before midnight, not going to happen.
She hasn't napped all day and I'll be dammed if im waking her to piss her off.
I asked what would happen if she doesn't pick up, higher calorie milk hopefully but there's a chance she may have to have a tube up her nose.

My gut feeling tells me there's something wrong, not just a lazy feeder. After all she was a great feeder until they suspected reflux.
