Hello new thread! Come on SL get that baby out!
Oh the joys of leaky boobs... I'm loving the completely unrealistic cartoon section on BFing the Bounty "only any use for the free stuff" book - apparently the girl in the story managed to express enough for a full night out after about 3 weeks, and hardly has to worry about leaking as she just "wears a patterned top"
veggie sorry to hear about the sleep ishoos, sorry I've not really been keeping up but does he take a cup of water or something else when he wakes up? Is it thirstiness because of summer, or does he just want boob?
well we had a weekend of mixed fortunes - I had a nasty bleed on Friday night and got all terrified about the baby after my pal's losing hers. Spent most of the night awake and worrying, but god bless DH and his doctoring, he borrowed the work sonicaid and we were able to find the baby and have a listen and it seemed fine. But I now have a teeny tiny inkling of how scary it must be for ladies who have lost a baby and you have my most enormous sympathy.
Sunday was a lot cheerier, DD's godmother's daughter's 2nd birthday (the miracle baby M who had the heart op) and it was lovely, really good to let the girls get on with playing while we had a catch-up. I made an amazing discovery; in the 6 years that she and her DH have been together, they have never had a takeaway dinner.
The closest they get is a frozen pizza once in a while. Not even a chippy supper. Now I'm assuming it's not just me who thinks, hang on, you've cooked dinner from scratch every single day for 6 years? How, exactly?
