I had no time for the woman and the views she espoused, but if true then it is truly awful

I have read a few nasty and celebratory comments on X regarding her death, hope those people will be looked into if it does turn out to be foul play.

This comment is in very poor taste. The woman has been murdered. Maybe you didn't like her. Neither did I. But have some basic respect.

How awful. When I read the news this morning there was mention of some event with Farage on Wednesday so I assumed it was a heart attack or similar.

What an awful thing to publically announce, that she hopes her death was extremely painful. Now she's going to look absolutely heartless and vile for saying that.

How on earth do you know with any certainty she wouldn't ? Unless you murdered her of course 😏

That’s so sad. I meet her not so many years ago and we reminisced about being at school together, she was 5years ahead of me and Head Girl.
I always admired her for being brutally honest at times.
She certainly didn’t deserve such a brutal death if it is murder.

This is truly shocking.

I met her once at a party, I worked with a member of her family. She was clever and lively and entertaining. Regardless of her politics, which I didn’t agree with, she was a woman who stood by her principles and we need more strong politicians like that.

People who think they’ve got away with it make careless mistakes.

In hindsight the announcement is lacking any detail

What a cruel thing to write, whatever you think about anyone's politics that poor woman likely died in pain and fear.
Even if you hate them both her murder is not a joke

AW was completely opposed to assisted dying. Stop it.

I have no words. People can be so cruel. We are allowed to have differing opinions. Vastly differing opinions.

She was a committed Christian so hardly likely to consider suicide.

Any sort of assisted suicide would surely be contrary to her fervent allegiance to the Roman Catholic denomination of Christianity?
