Hello everyone. 36 weeks today, practically due!

Just a night shift and long day and work OVER.

Freaking washing machine has gone mental!! All flashing lights and funny noises, wont be replaced if fully broken due to redundancy crisis. MY NAPPIES!!! WAIL!!!!

DH off to check it out as a washing load stuck in it, complete with grim looking water. Yak.

Washing machine - blocked with hairclip [that be me then] tissues [that be me then] and pens [that be me then].

They've been good really, I get cuppa's made and general undestanding. Have been able to maintain my work load quite well so think they are happy with that.

treedelivery My sil works in the NHS and she says the NHS maternity policy is what put her off having children . Apparently she gets something like 6 weeks paid full salary and then gets the remainder at statutory (£117.00)

Oh, and they just spent £30,000 on their house. Whatever...

I wouldn't mind £30k to spend on the house, nice big extension me thinks!

£30k. I could have carpets and a post war boiler. Green envy thoughts........

Off to bed as off to work for 8pm shift. AM determined not be sulky miserable or tired.

Got to stay up tommorrow too. Blimey. Good training for a newborn I suppose!

My DP bought me two brand new Itti Bitti D'lish last night as a present, totally can't believe it, wooop!! I heart him!

I bought myself a couple of leopard print Stacinators for Christmas [fwave at nappyzone]. They are truly scrumptions wraps!

Doing OK thanks! Sort of feeling mighty chuffed with myself for getting through the night shift, yesterday and today. DH has enjoyed his day and is going to try a cycle ride with friends tommorrow as per Boxing Day tradition - so really proud of him for giving it another go [came home early nearly tearful last time, post redundancy head trip I guess].
