I have a few wraps that I'm clearing out if anyone is interested. I bought them second hand and they are well used, but there is still some life in them. I have three prowraps and one tots wrap (no leg gussets and is a fetching mauve colour from being washed with a pair of new jeans ). They are all newborn/small in size and are free to a good home. email me daisybump @ yahoo .co .uk.

Some exciting news here. I had an email from one of the companies I was testing nappies for the M&B award. They are working on a new nappy and wanted to do some real life trials before going into full production and wondered would I test them. How very exciting....but I can't say any more........or I would have to kill you all .

Re the M&B awards testing. I registered via their AskaMum forum. They put an appeal out on the forum early February looking for testers, and you fill out a form saying what you want to test. then in May, I think it was, more emails came from them re the products you had said you would test, and you had to get back to them quickly in order to get on the list. I had wanted twin buggies as well, but missed out unfortunately.

yes please. have e mailed.

LackaDAISYcal · 01/10/2008 14:03

phew, that was quick rusmum

I was going to keep them as spares, but I checked out my newborn stash last night and I have wraps aplenty.

I have some nappies for sale, but they are all size 2s.

I happened to be sitting looking at screen when message came!!!!!!

Ceolas · 01/10/2008 14:14

What size 2s have you got left, lacka?

LackaDAISYcal · 01/10/2008 14:25

erm.....

one bright pink new style fuzzi, a couple of other pocket nappies (flowery yellow drybees, strawberry print greenkids funtime), two pink bumgenius V2, eight rainbow tots aplix (five green, three yellow), and I unearthed a starter pack of babybeehinds birth to potty; one shocking pink bamboo, one natural hemp (which I think I'll keep for virgil) and a small wrap.

BigBadMousey · 01/10/2008 14:33

Rusmum - I was looking for £4 posted for each Bamboozle - I have 4 I can spare and someone else interested but hopefully I can please you both!

BabyJJ - I'm not very good at prices I'm afraid. I source a lot of nappies for people and know a good price when I see one but I am no good at deciding on prices to sell at (unless you want to almost give them away).

I have just got back from having DS weighed and he has put on NOTHING on a fortnight (despite still looking like a little Rugby Player). He has dropped from over the 75th to just under the 25th in 4 weeks . It's not like he hasn't been feeding - I only MN when he is feeding (just take a look at my recent posts and see how much this boy feeds!). He had 6 feeds last night and 7 the night before ARGH!.....HOWEVER on a far more interesting note there were 4 mums at the babyclinic inc me and all of us had babies in CLOTH (then someone came in with a baby in a dispicable and spoilt it all but I'll let her off because I know she is a 'lurker' )

Blimey folks - we'll have to be careful! We are nearly at the maximum number of posts - I reckon we'll need a new thread by tomorrow!

What would you like for the pink Beehind?

EnchantedWithEdwardCullen · 01/10/2008 14:38

Has anyone got any colourful size 1 wraps for sale?

BBM have emailed you back x

LackaDAISYcal · 01/10/2008 14:40

BBM, try not to stress about the weight too much (I'm sure with baby No3 you are more relaxed). He could just be finding his natural place to be on the charts...coupled with a bit of a growth spurt so he has probably gained in length.

I HAVE STARTED A PART 2 THREAD HERE

£10 posted? (they are pretty heavy) It was only used about three times, and probably isn't even up to full absorbancy yet.

glad everyone has got their nappies and are happy with them. My DH is happy that our spare room is looking a little less cluttered!
