He won't stop crying unless he's being held by me, preferably sleeping on one exposed boob, although at a push I can reclothe.

He is declining tuneless songs and cuddles from his siblings, and putting him down got me into a lot of trouble. Who needs words to shout?!

I can't find his warranty, and am not sure I could face returning him, collection was bad enough.

Any suggestions?

Thankfully the 53 model is pretty good with the taxi driver app. He's downloaded the super version of the "understanding teen girls" app, due to having two sisters and having purchased double pink BOGO 84 models, so he's good when the 99 and 01 blue models have trouble with their pink models (girlfriends). The 02 model has not downloaded the girlfriend app, but I'm sure that day isn't far.

My 2002 model can move at the speed of light, finish tasks properly etc if he wants something but otherwise has major malfunctions regards time and motion and obeying commands.

P.I.A. mode switches on with alarming frequency and 'smart alec'/'stubborn mule' mode kicks in whenever he is interfacing with another electronic device and needs to power down!

Think that year produced a lot of faulty hardrives that were missed in quality control checks Smile

In terms of getting a response to a signal. , a friend discovered the perfect way.

You send a message that unless the model mark whatever responds in a set period (eg 40 mins, 6 nano seconds), you will put on Facebook a picture if the model when it arrived from the manufacturer, before any apps were loaded, add-ons added, or protective shields put in place.

For some reason this works particularly well with blue models, but can work with pink too. It appears to introduce a much greater coverage of broadband and a much faster operating speed. I think the government might want to think about it more generally.

my 1993 model is now up and working, flashing lights at other models. Short downtimes do create the occasional glitch though.
my 1997 model is difficult to extract from the wrapping, and outer box, and currently cannot find the on switch.however introducing sunlight is starting to make a difference.

We have a late 2015 model. The breastfeeding app was virtually non-functional when we obtained the unit, causing it to go into sleep mode or squawk mode almost instantaneously, so had to replace the app with the express milk app. The sleep app is functioning well, so no complaints there, but the nap app seems to have some glitches. The rollover app is now functional after a few issues, but the eat solids app is full of glitches, and will probably need to be upgraded soon.

My 1991 model was a complete nightmare, but the majority of the kinks sorted themselves out last year when she ordered her own 2015 model, which works much better than the original 1991 ever did! My 1995 model was different in all respects and seldom caused many problems, although there were a few glitches from about 2008-2013.
