Hello I have a DD 2.6 and a 9mth DS. My DD is now interested in what boys bits are because she sees them in the bath every day.
What do you call the genetalia with your children?
We've slipped into 'tinky winky' for his little willy but what do you say for a girl? I can't remember having a childhood name for mine!

I just call my daughters parts her "wee wee bits" and "poo poo bits" for the back. I'd rather keep it simple and matter of fact than make up a silly name!

If someone were to ever touch the child in the wrong place at least an adult would know exactely where she was talking about if she were to use that name rather than some silly one.

curtaintwitcher · 19/07/2006 19:22

hi ds is 2.9yrs and noticed his sisters bits and the only thing that came to mind was a jina[as in vagina] and he calls his bits a willy.

at FF
Willy or diddler here (as in stop diddling with your diddler, used whilst changing his nappy to make him laugh). The first one is the general term we use (he's 19 months)
