So BABY (not So Baby Organics) - anyone ever bought anythig from them?

I have recently, but the item still hasn't arrived, they aren't answering emails or voicemail messages, and I'm starting to think that they might have gone under.
Anyone ever bought anything from them??

Awful awful awful company

Promised my item in 4 weeks. They took a minimum of 10 days to answer any emails. After 4 months of lies and poor communication I asked for an honest answer about whether my product would arrive before my baby did and they refunded me with no apology or explanation. I cannot urge you enough NEVER to use this company.

If I had had any idea that they were this unreliable and that there communication and customer service was so poor I would have paid more, got the item elsewhere and I would not be stuck without a buggy board for my toddler with a new baby imminent.

I have the full transaction and emails archived so if there is any question about the validity of my post I can prove that it is factually correct.

Readers it would seem that So Baby\Big Imagination are back on the scene; their websites are up and running!? maybe they didn't go bust as suggested, possibly a smoke screen in hope people would go away. Good news is, if they are still trading refunds can still be obtained.....

The Big Imagination website has been suspended and so baby still owe me in the region of £200 has anyone out there had any joy with this company recently? Help!

Just tried calling So Baby in Andover and the number seems to have been cut off, have emailed but don't presume I'll get an answer. From the messages here looks like they've gone under

Hi all, I don't know if this helps, but I spoke to this lady about a month ago, I wanted to look and a pram, but her shop had gone and a wine shop was in its place.

She told me that she had relocated to Picket Piece for more space. The address of the centre is Unit 117 - 211, The Commercial Centre, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 6RU. the number is 01264 332274.

I have looked on the web site at the listed buisiness and so baby is no their. But people could ring up the centre to see if they had been their. I expect the centre have the contact details of people who rented out the units.

If they can not give information I am sure soliciters will have the right to get it.

I am not 100% that this was the place but I think it is.

Oh also, it has been replaced by Grape expectations 01264 312219. Maybe if you call them they can give you the number of the person who owns the shop that he leases. That person may have the contact details of Angela Gordon.

I have just been told by the Commercial Centre, that Sobaby had a unit with them for only a month. They no longer exist. He said he had people calling him for a month as they had taken their money. I doubt anyone can contact them or get their money back. Sorry.
