Layering up is indeed the best way to stay warm as the weather turns chilly. Fortunately HBFs also come with cloaks and coats which makes them doubly effective

HBI was there today. Sadly it was packed and he was opposite side of the room so the only thing I heard was “once you’ve done, let the other person have a go”

Watched Strictly. I thought Joe's Viennese Waltz was enchanting I may have watched it a few more times, I love his chemistry with Dian(n)e. Pity the judges didn't agree. I wish they'd been more critical with him earlier on. Lauren is out of her depth, bless her, and should go now.

I’m 100% with you once again re Strictly Apricot. Loved Joe’s VW. Stacey’s looked to have some rise and fall too (although I’m not sure I know what I’m talking about) and Craig said she was on the wrong part of her foot for her pivots, yet Shirley whips out a 10. Len would never have done that . I do like Lauren and she’s improved so much but I agree that I think it’s her time to go.

I was surprised to hear that Swedes been experiencing xenophobia in the UK, told by coworkers that they should go home etc. I thought we Swedes were welcome anywhere because we're so adorable. I mean we're practically half-Brits. We love you guys 😘

Think I've got cards written (Athos can work on restoring my will to live later), tree is up and partly decorated, and tinsel has been festooned randomly on a couple of pictures. We are getting there

On the downside we've been trying to cook a roast chicken in an oven that wasn't turned on , so tea is running a bit on the late side

Gosh all those belts, buckles and buttons were a lot of fun!

Back in reality, it’s dark and rainy. And it’s Monday which is not a lot of fun.

I've started the cards. I've done seven. . I'm still sorting out the toys that DS wants me to sell for him. There are some with loads of pieces which I've got to check and others which need batteries. On the positive side though, I have had some sales.
