Layering up is indeed the best way to stay warm as the weather turns chilly. Fortunately HBFs also come with cloaks and coats which makes them doubly effective

Sadly couldn’t stay in the hayloft so was treated to peeing down rain, sunshine, and then dropping temperatures on the way home.

Evening. Have had manic day, but met deadline and managed freelance catch-up phone call. Then DS had mega wailing fit on discovery that his recording of the new Ninjago series had failed: End. Of. World.

DH has managed to download it, thank God, and happiness is restored.

I'm knackered though... have seen no TV (or none that isn't sport) for ages and don't expect to see any tonight.

at the FAF 'popping up' I shall crawl up to the hayloft shortly and live in deluded hope that FAF will pop up to see me there...
