Layering up is indeed the best way to stay warm as the weather turns chilly. Fortunately HBFs also come with cloaks and coats which makes them doubly effective

Duvets work well, but best used in addition to HBFs I think.

Just move your hips forward
Just slip in and hold it then press in (that one got a quiet snort)
Stay relaxed and then you can get your foot above their knee

He also demonstrated some interesting grappling positions in which I took a keen interest
