Layering up is indeed the best way to stay warm as the weather turns chilly. Fortunately HBFs also come with cloaks and coats which makes them doubly effective

We got snow here today but it's much warmer now so it will probably melt away soon.

Today I have been reviewing documents and tidying. Am bac to the documents and am at the stage of looking at stuff in complete disbelief thinking WTAF and 'what in the name of all that is sane have the owner of this document done to the formatting?!?!'

Sounds like a more extreme version of what one of the bosses frequently asks me to do. Just tidy up the document, sort out the numbering, make all the font the same, make all the paragraphs indent the same. It would be frowned upon if I emailed back “don’t be pathetic and do it yourself”.

And yes to feeling cold although it isn’t that cold. Perhaps we’re both coming down with something. I’m more interested in going down if there are HBFs involved.

Fortunately I like my boss and it's taken as read that she really is not good at this sort of thing. It's just the fact that this is horribly last minute in terms of deadlines.

It's the monthly quiz night at the golf club tonight. I've been trying to revise, but what do you revise? You either know it or you don't. I've been looking at the solar system, and was surprised to see that Pluto was demoted from a planet to a dwarf planet in 2006. How didn't I know that?

It was a late finish at work yesterday so planning a lazy day day today. Well I may have to get some laundry done, but I have pink fizz chilling so can reward myself with that later. Would rather reward myself with the Friday Faf......

Morning. Have got cat-allergic friend visiting, so have spent the day in a blur of washing/hoover/mopping.
