DD1, her DH, 5 horses and 5 dogs are all now in residence on the south coast. Not in the caravan lin although I did have to dogsit 2 for the day yesterday!

I slept late. I'm just about to head off to Shrewsbury for the rest of the afternoon. Given the strength of the winds earlier, I'm going to stick to the main roads.

The other three went to their new home lin, i sat with one that went to a new home near me last night, and the old boy who's easy and knows me.

The trip was a bit gruelling, the customs woman at Dover questioned them and couldn't believe what they'd done in such a short time.

That Portsmouth/Bilbao crossing, 30 hours, is beyond grim apparently.

BBB, sounds quite a tiresome trip ! But all arrived safely so it's all good. Glad homes for the dogs have been found. How is your Dd doing ? My niece and her Dh are beside themselves with excitement and just can't wait. It's so sweet.

After an arse badger of the day I treated myself to a ready-mixed wee bottle of gin & tonic (Fentimans & Bloom) and a nice bar of chocolate.

DS's tutor kindly put his homework in my bag for me. She's going to think I'm a fat lush, isn't she?

THIS is a real WOW moment for breast cancer. It's almost certainly too late for me but what hope this gives to so many women.

I read that earlier Zombie and actually read it out to my Dh, who lost his mum and sister to the disease . It would be wonderful. I have also just read that some docs think chemo give every two weeks instead of three may be beneficial. It will be a great day when they can cure this evil, evil illness.
