Lots of all round then?! My big birthday was yesterday, party on Saturday which is both exciting and daunting- I'm usually the one helping out or watching from the sidelines.

So...OK...hands up who doesn't have grown up children? Why are you all older than I think? I just presumed you were all really young. Like lin my mind still can't accept she has grandchildren, never mind adult ones!

I don't mean to impose my views on anyone I simply ask the Angel of healing to help zombie with her battle.i believe we all have to walk our own pathway. I have never seen an angel, but one appeared to my daughter when her father in law was dying, she nearly freaked out! I met someone who became a good friend many years ago and she was psychic (not a practising one) since then lots of strange things happened which makes it hard for me not to believe.

Everyone is entitled to believe what they want susie and if you believe it's not for me to knock that.
Well my peace is now shattered, my Dh has arrived home after being in Majorca all week ! 8 of them went including two of my brothers. Seems they all had a great time and I am now stocked up with tobacco ! I

Hello Zombie m'dear. That is a very packed diary.

My DS is only 10. I say only. Yesterday I sent in his applications for the 11 plus (3 v good grammar schools in this area). It seems like only last week he was sitting in his high chair giggling at a thunderstorm.

Susie I really don't think you've offended anyone. We all think different thinks but when push comes to shove we are Zombie's Mighty Phalanx. All peace, love & gin here.

Just got back from divine supper with the best cook I know and her son, they are the best/worst gossips!

She did watermelon with feta and watercress, as a side with bbq beef, was just gorgeous.

Lovely day down here today. Think we will have to make the most of it as tomorrow is meant to be awful. Batten down the hatches BBB ! How is the house coming along ?

Anti Agin, that's what I need, or the gin diet... Whenever you feel you are a bit fat, have a gin or two, you then won't care if you are a bit fat or not.
