hi happy,

Sorry haven't had one done, but this may help you to answer your question

I'm thinking about it, but not sure I could handle the pain lol

SofiaAmes · 22/03/2004 00:05

It hurts so much, I would rather go through childbirth again than have another wax. There was a thread on this a few months ago. Do a search. I think the only fans of the brazlian waxes were the husbands.

Ghosty · 22/03/2004 02:33

Just the thought of it makes my eyes water .... no thanks ......

Coddy · 22/03/2004 07:24

I think its a bit pervy peadophile.

Coddy · 22/03/2004 07:25

paedophile even

stace · 22/03/2004 10:37

Have to agree with coddy i do think there is a childlikeness about it!!

momof2 · 22/03/2004 10:43

I thought a Brazilian was not all off - and a Hollywood was all off?
I have mine waxed regualarly - I thought I had a brazilian, but I don't have the lot off.
It does hurt - but I go to a lady rather than a beauty parlour and have been going to her for about 2 years now and the pain is an awful lot less nowerdays than in the start.
PS if a brazilian is all off then I don't admit to having a brazilian!!

handlemecarefully · 22/03/2004 12:07

Yes I thought that a brazilian was leaving a thin strip of hair either side of the errr vaginal opening (there I've said it!), rather than all off

HiddenSpirit · 22/03/2004 19:37

That's exactly what a Brazilian is handlemecarefully

Coddy & Stace, do you think the same about shaving your legs/armpits? As you don't have noticeable hair on these either when you're young?

Coddy · 22/03/2004 19:43

i think the point of that is to reveal the bits surely?
therefor it is sexual

No one has found my armpits erotic ever

CountessDracula · 22/03/2004 19:45

Coddy maybe you should grow armpit dreadlocks. That might turn on some travellery types.

Coddy · 22/03/2004 19:49

like the ones at tesco?

lou33 · 22/03/2004 19:49

I agree the baldy one seems a bit kid-u-like to me. Lol @ travellery! Must try and use it at least once every day!

CountessDracula · 22/03/2004 19:53

Not sure whether they hang out at your tesco or not. You know the ones. Dogs on bits of string etc

My brother (who has dreadlocks he can sit on) was going to grow pubic ones to match. Don't think he ever got round to it tho

CountessDracula · 22/03/2004 19:56

wonder what that would be called. Maybe a Bob?
(marley)

JennH · 22/03/2004 20:24

I have had a Brazillian and I loved it

That was pre preg though.

fio2 · 22/03/2004 20:26

yes it is sooo nice

Coddy · 22/03/2004 20:49

why?

cant see why stubble would lok nice.

In a field ok, on your fanny, no

Coddy · 22/03/2004 20:50

check aout my book by its cover thread for nore on tesco men

HiddenSpirit · 22/03/2004 21:14

Who's talking about stubble Coddy? Brazilian wax means the hair gets ripped out by the roots No stubble at all. There is a strip of hair left untouched down the middle, this isn't stubble. I think women like to get brazillian waxing done to "neaten up" well that's why I would get it done

HiddenSpirit · 22/03/2004 21:18

Oh crap, the beginning of that message sounded so sh*tty Didn't mean to Coddy, honest

WSM · 22/03/2004 21:34

Have had a few, yes they hurt like hell but it is a damn site more attractive than the 'burst mattress' look ! I don't think a Brazillian looks like it appeals on a slightly disturbing basis, mainly because of the 'landing strip' left behind, but I do seriously think it looks neater. tanzie · 22/03/2004 21:49

Mine looked more like a Mexican Hairless!!
