hilarious I love the fact that they look like parking tickets for each borough (but that they haven't done Richmond}

EXCELLENT! I want the Tshirt. In fact, I think I'm going to buy it now.

MissChief · 13/07/2006 12:28

I@m in. But where's the sticker for the Bastards of Berks? Hmph, will have to make my own then, maybe get ds on the job..

SoupDragon · 13/07/2006 12:29

I've often been tempted. I want to stick them on the cr*pily parked cars near DSs school.

CountessDracula · 13/07/2006 12:30

yy - I was going to have my "only c**ts drive 4x4s in London" stickers made but these are fab

LOVE this! Count me in! My house overlooks a carpark so I'll find an offending vehicle, plant the ticket and watch idly out my window to see if the plonker either a) plucks it off his/her windscreen and chucks in on the ground or b) burns it. Either way, it'll be great to see the look on their faces!

CountessDracula · 13/07/2006 12:31

yes then you could shout "oi litter lout pick that up" out the window, thus causing them further embarrasment

problem is, half these buggers are oblivious to the rest of us! I honestly wonder if they notice/care what mere pedestrians do

morningpaper · 13/07/2006 12:47

These tickets are great

lionheart · 13/07/2006 12:51

ooh, that's so tempting.

southeastastra · 13/07/2006 13:26

Gosh, I'd never stop stickering here in Bath. The close that I love in has a school on it, and the road is about 3 inches wide. It pisses me off that I can never get past all the bloody mumtrucks at the beginning and end of the school day. They also tend to park them in the middle of the road, which really gets my dander up.

Ban the fecking things

intergalacticwalrus · 13/07/2006 13:32

Close I live in, not love in.

Chance'd be a fine thing

MissChief · 13/07/2006 13:33

a love-in Close in Bath actually sounds quite appealing...

MissChief · 13/07/2006 13:34

..though is it a cul-de-sac? apparently they're also controversial (anti-social, promote poor links with wider community or something)

MissChief · 13/07/2006 13:35

tongue was in cheek btw...

intergalacticwalrus · 13/07/2006 13:48

Yes, it's a cul-de-sac, with little cul-de-sac type microcosms off it, if you know what I mean. Most of my neighbours think Love-In Close id the centre of the universe, but it's not posh. They just like to moan about parking etc.

julienetmum · 13/07/2006 14:52

Well it wouldn't have any effect on me a ticket saying poor vhicle choice as I always park legally so would know it was spoof straight away and besides I have no vehicle choice. I drive whichever company car my sympathetic employers who are also my parents decide to lend me that day. It is usually a saloon car but often could be a 4X4 (they use it to pull a caravan).

When I first moved into my house and the roads were not completed I used the 4x4 constantly in the winter.

Just after I passed my test I used to drive a pick up truck to 6th form if that was the only vehicle that was free.

There are many reasons why people chose to drive a particular car. When you see me pulling up at my daughter's supposedly posh school in the middle of a city you might make certain assumptions about me. The fact is I can't afford to buy a car and count my blessings I have such good parents.

Stop being so judgmental.

CountessDracula · 13/07/2006 15:15

well you could give it to your boss then

OP posts:
morningpaper · 13/07/2006 15:23

Ah yes, next time I see a 4X4 driver I will think "Aw, poor thing, I expect she is too poor to buy her own car so she is just given one along with her job by her very rich parents."

You'll not get much sympathy here love
