  1. Which flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard baby food did you try? Korma, Laksa, Sambar
  2. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried? She really enjoyed all of them. I don't like spicy foods (at all, I'm a complete wuss!) so it's important to me to try and get my daughter eating a range of different flavours, including spices, to try and ensure she has a more varied palate than me when she grows up! I was very satisfied with the range of flavours provided.
  3. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket? It's attractive and colourful, but probably won't stand out more than the other baby food sachets that it would be competing with on the shelf. In contrast to a previous poster, I do like having a cap - I deliberately only buy sachets with caps for my daughter even though she is old enough for the chunky, textured foods that won't fit in the sachets, as they are so much convenient than a jar and spoon to use when out and about.
  4. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range? I was very happy with the range of flavours and have no specific suggestion, but would happily purchase these again and try further flavours you might introduce.

  3. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket? The packaging was lovely and bright and very pleasing on the eye. It looked like a premium brand.
  4. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range? I love exotic tastes for my little one to try to broaden his taste buds. More Thai and Asian inspired flavours would be good

Which flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard baby food did you try?
Korma, Bahia stew and vegetable sambar
What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?
I liked the fact that they included some spices and ingredients I may not necessarily usually try adding myself. I found out my baby liked salmon from trying the Bahia stew and I've since made her a dish including salmon which is probably something I would not yet have tried her on. My baby seemed to like the full flavour which I found surprising as she usually likes blander foods and ready made jars and pouches can be hit and miss, whereas with these she ate the whole lot!
What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?
Packing was nice and different to others I've seen. I liked that the main ingredients were listed on the front as it gives me an idea of whether my baby would like it or not without picking it up and reading all ingredients on the back.
What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?
I'm really not sure, I liked the fact my baby tried Sri lankan, Indian and Brazilian dishes. I'm not sure what the range the company have but would be nice for her try even more different recipes from around the world.

Looking forward to seeing more from this company.

  2. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried? Laksa and Bahia were mild but still flavoursome.
  3. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket? I liked the packaging. I appreciated that halal was labelled. The packaging said to eat immediately and could not be stored in the fridge which I thought as a shame as I hate waste.

Which flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard baby food did you try?
vegetable sambar, Bahia, Tom
Yum.

  1. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?

She loved them all and she ate them all in one go. She normal has one pouch across 2 meals as she either gets bored or doesn’t really like the flavours. These she absolutely wolfed down! She was even happy to eat them cold when we took one on a day out. She won’t do that with any other brand!
  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

packaging is the same as everyone else’s so don’t think it would stand out much more. Think the name feels like a take on another brand and could be more individual. You wouldn’t know straight away that these are any different to all other pouches and I think that’s a shame as the flavours are great
  1. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?

Some Thai flavours would be great.

Laska, Korma and Sambar

  1. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?

I have 13 month old twins and they both devoured these. They can’t tell me what they liked, but the empty plates were good enough for me.
I liked the fact the ingredient list was varied and included lots of different tastes. The aroma was good too; some baby food doesn’t smell that great.

  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

It looked fine - neither appealing or unappealing. I don’t tend to be swayed by packaging; more flavours and ingredients and price point.

  1. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?

I’d like to see something with some more heat! One of my babies absolutely adores warm spices such as cinnamon. He shys away from bland and loves homemade curry etc. appreciate it would need clear labeling but definitely some heat/warmth in these types of products would be great.

I’d also like to see some bigger sizes - feedin two I tend to open one and share and then supplement with finger foods and bread. They’d absolutely demolish more of it was available in a bigger pack size.

Salmon, laksa & samba
  1. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?

The salmon was the biggest hit, she wasn’t too keen on the two others. Having fish is an important value within our food habits, so we loved that!
  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

Absolutely. It looks much more high end than the usual garish colours.
  1. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?

I’d like to see an exotic fruits range!

Ps. Huge pouches, bonus for the 17 month old!

  2. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried? A bit more exotic than what's usually available on supermarket shelves. We eat a lot of world foods so really pleased there is a baby version.
  3. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket? I like the picture/graphics but hate these pouches as they are not recyclable and it can be a struggle getting all of the food out. They wouldn't really stand out as they are in the same package as most baby foods.
  4. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range? Caribbean and African flavours and recipes.

  1. Which flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard baby food did you try?

Korma, Laksa and vegetable koshari

  1. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?

14 month old DS has never been too fond of shop bought babyfood and mainly had homemade food straight from weaning. I think he found the jars too bland. Now he eats whatever we eat and I use a range of spices (being from a South Asian background). These pouches however, he absolutely loved and I really appreciate the varied flavours, and them being organic and halal. He greedily devoured a full pouch and then vomited (not great on my new carpet as the stain was a nightmare to remove).

  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

Packaging is fine and pouches are easy to store. I like that each one is a different colour and can easily select the one I want. I did however struggle a little bit to twist the cap open. I think it would stand out on a shelf as it's nice and colourful and much better than a jar.

  1. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?

I would like some more African and South Asian flavours, and maybe a range for 12 month+ children so it's a little textured and more for that age range. The pouches are great for days out and taking on holiday. Really happy to have been selected to try this great product, thank you.

  1. Which flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard baby food did you try?

Salmon Bahia, Tom Yum and vegetable Sambar

  1. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?

They introduced him to flavours of food that he hadn’t tried before and included ingredients that we wouldn’t routinely use in his meals. The ingredients were varied and the smell was good too. My son ate all three meals without complaint and really enjoyed them, which he doesn’t always do with new food.

  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

It isn’t as bright and eye catching as some of the other brands and so it wouldn’t stand out to me. I did like that the ingredients are all listed on the front and so it is easy to see whether your baby would like it.

  1. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?

Some South American flavours would be good and also pouches of varying heat intensity so that you can choose the one most suitable to your baby.

It introduced him to new flavours. He wasn't too sure at first, but enjoyed these as he like trying new flavours.

  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

The packaging was nice, however I'm not sure it would stand out as it looks very similar to the other brands selling similar products.

  1. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?

I'd be happy to see any new flavours. I'd also like to see the varieties as little meals too, alongside the pureed range to give more choice as I know my son would prefer that and would give more choice to children who like the different textures.

  1. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?

I liked that the ingredients were organic, unfortunately my adventurous 8 month old turned his nose up at these and refused after the first spoon or two, despite eating curries, chilli etc. I felt they were very blended for a textured meal.

  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

It looks like all the baby food pouches in the supermarket. The amount of single use plastic and non-recyclable packaging would put me off buying again

  1. What other flavours would you like to see in the Oliver’s Cupboard range?

More world foods, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc to be different from the typical veggies/pasta/fish pie type meals

  1. What did you and your child like most about the flavours of Oliver’s Cupboard you tried?

I think he liked the flavour and seasoning. Some pouches can be very plain and just a few ingredients whereas these had spice and seasoning. I liked that they weren't just vegetables mashed together.

  1. What did you think of the packaging of each pouch? Would this stand out to you on a shelf in the supermarket?

The packaging was bright and colourful but I think on a supermarket shelf most baby food is brightly coloured. I liked the little Oliver on the packaging.

  1. We tried Bahia Salmon, Korma and Vegetable Koshari

  1. I liked the fact that the dishes feature strong flavours and introduce babies to international cuisines and an array of spices. My daughter is quite far along her weaning journey (16 months) so I mixed the pouches with couscous or rice to add more texture and bulk them about a bit. At 8-12 months she would have no doubt wolfed them down as they are.

  1. I liked the packaging, it looks more premium than most other pouched baby foods and would definitely catch my eye on a supermarket shelf.

  1. Maybe a tagine, or some Latin America inspired flavours

I like that you have lots of diffrent dishes from arround the world. I would love to find a pouch that is thai food. I tend to buy more pouches with fish in them as i dont eat fish so having a pouch that contains fish gives my son oppertunity to eat a fish dish without me having to cook a meal from mine from scratch. I also like to buy pouches that are dishes that i woudnt cook myself so olivera cubord pouches from arround the world are great!
