This is the feedback thread for the Mumsnetters who have been testing monthly subscription boxes Pink Parcel and/or bettybox with their daughters.

Here’s what Pink Parcel and bettybox have to say:

Pink Parcel: “Pink Parcel is the UK’s No1 period subscription box that unites periods and pampering to make your time of the month fuss-free and fabulous. Delivered to your door monthly on a day of your choosing each box contains over £40 of tampons, pads and beauty products including a mix of cult beauty brands, herbal teas and artisan chocolates. You can select your choice of tampons, pads or a mix of both from all your trusted brands. This convenient box ensures you’ll never run out of products again.”

bettybox: “bettybox is the perfect pick me up for girls. As well as all their trusted tampons and/or pads, they can expect sweet treats, make-up, stationery and more all from brands specially selected for teens. Choose from your favourite tampon and pad brands and receive your monthly box with treats worth up to £30 delivered for free directly to your door. You’ll never have to worry about running out of pads again!”

Testers, please give your feedback by answering the following questions, as well as completing the survey we’ll be sending you via email shortly.

  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
  2. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
  3. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
  4. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
  5. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?

All testers who give the required feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one tester will win a ÂŁ300 voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

I use supermarket delivery for my groceries and usually buy sanitary products then, so I’m not really that bothered about getting them in a separate box. But it’s nice to have the surprise and treats inside

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?

The Pinkparcel wasn’t really my thing as I’m not massively into beauty products but my dds really liked the products in the boxes so we’d make good use of them. Not sure I could justify that sort of money each month but in the short term it would be a nice idea

  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?

Packaging - too much. And too much coconut!

  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?

Bettybox more than Pinkparcel I think. It’s a sweet idea for a girl just starting her periods

  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?

About right but I hate scented pads. Really liked the little fabric bags in each box. However getting one each month would be overkill and a bit of a waste

Overall it was a shame about the mixups although we did end up with 2 bettyboxes so that was a plus. My dds liked trying different products and enjoyed the mix of snacks, beauty samples and other bits (the pens are good). Shame about the missing item in the first bettybox, I’d want to know that wouldn’t happen if it was a paid for subscription

However the fact that a trans man is advertising this product would mean I would boycott it anyway

Bluesavannahsong · 28/03/2018 19:33

My daughter & I loved receiving the boxes (even if the bettybox had wrong nsme on...) - we’re still waiting for the replacement.

To answer the questions:

  1. we loved it! Great excitement opening the boxes & looking through the items. We’ve never had anything like this before.
  1. It’s a real indulgence so I probably wouldn’t for me, but we did discuss a 3 or 6 month subscription for DD as a birthday present.
  1. As other posters have said, there were a lot of pads/tampons. The idea of donating excess to period charities was a great idea.
  1. Yes I definitely would- if people hsve the money or want a treat for their teenage DDs! I loved the beauty products in the pink parcel.
  1. There were too many pads/tampons for me, but there was just right amount for DD. It’s better than not enough though!

Thanks for selecting us to take part. We loved getting the parcels & will definitely consider buying them.

  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

It's seems a good idea, but as most people have commented I can get them in my weekly shop ( use mooncup so don't) and the box doesn't fit through the letterbox as it said. My daughter enjoyed receiving hers

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?

I think it isn't bad but I wouldn't be spending that much on two subscriptions when you can by pads quite cheaply. The extras are good but again not always relevant.

  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?

As previous poster mentioned I would label the individual towels as I couldn't remember what I'd ordered and wasn't familiar with colours etc. Less packaging too.

  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?

Yes I would for Betty box. Nice little treats.

  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?

I didn’t choose tampons for my box but the pads were a decent amount for both of us.

hanliying · 28/03/2018 21:33
  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month? Great idea!
  2. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money? Yes, it has a good selection of pretty items to try
  3. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es? Too much packaging, prefer to simplify
  4. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member? Yes
  5. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products? Too much
SavoyCabbage · 29/03/2018 08:21

1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
I'm neither here nor there with the idea. We live really close to a variety of shops and if we ran out it wouldn't be a big deal to get our hands on some. I did like the way they were packaged, especially the filled bag as I can see it being really useful when you get your period to be able to shove that little drawstring bag in your bag before racing off to school or work.

2. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
The eyeshadow on the first BettyBox was poor quality dd thought. Like something off the front of a magazine. She liked the book in the first box and was a bit disappointed that there wasn't one in the second box. The pens went down a storm though. I liked the things in mine, apart from the tea bag which seemed a bit random. I wouldn't sign up for Pink Parcel, but I am considering continuing with BettyBox.

3. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
They need to fit through the door or I wouldn't be interested.

4. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
Yes I probably would.

5. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
Fine for both of us. I would want to be able to change what was in them online if necessary. If we had too much or not enough of something. I don't know if that's a feature or not.

Greypaw · 29/03/2018 09:42
  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
  • Really great idea, my daughter especially liked having it to look forward to. Personally I don't feel the need for having products delivered discreetly but it's quite important to her (she's 10) and she appreciated the discretion and the way it was all presented as a treat. The presentation was great!
  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
  • Considering I could buy the pads for about ÂŁ2, I'm not sure the treats and packaging are worth the extra tenner. I'd probably buy it for my daughter because she enjoyed receiving it so much, but not sure yet whether I'd spend that for both of us. It would be over ÂŁ300 a year.
  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
  • My daughter and I both also use reusable sanitary products, so although it's useful to have some disposables, it would be nice to have an option to choose fewer, or to have the option to choose eg one washable pad instead of lots of disposables.
  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
  • Yes, especially for those with teens / young daughters.
  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
  • For us there were too many to use in one month, but that's because we use some reusables as well.
Bichonsrock · 29/03/2018 10:30

My thoughts

  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

Nothing novel about that to me as I usually do a big online grocery shop once a month where I purchase all sanitary products. My dd said she would like to have something to look forward to coming in the post every month as a treat.

  1. Do you think pink parcel is good value for money?

Well, thank you for the free sample but no it’s not good value. I can buy a packet of supermarket own brand tampons for 71p and a packet of towels for 66p. Other beauty boxes on the market are around £13 per month where you get 5 good sized high end beauty products.
I loved the little draw string bags, they are useful for me and especially my dd at school.

  1. What would you change about the boxes?

Offer non scented organic sanitary products, wider range maybe? beauty boxes I think are a good way to trial new products.
Personally I would have preferred a decent bar of dark chocolate than coconut flavoured stuff.

  1. Would you recommend pink parcel to a friend?

My dd loved the novelty of the box but she is new to periods so I might mention it to friends with girls who are about to start periods but tbh the boxes are a novel indulgence and I could find other ways to treat myself and my dd if I felt it was necessary and buy exactly what we wanted/felt like that day rather than a random collection of things.

  1. Did you find you had too little/too much or good mix of products?

I thought it was a good amount for me personally.

RoseDog · 29/03/2018 12:07

1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
I thought it was a bit of a novelty, quite nice to get something for me. My teen loved the Betty Box too.

2. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
It is I think but I would still have to buy extras. Betty Box was better value. We both liked the selection of beauty/food/stationary goodies.

3. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
I'm not sure I would change anything, I liked the element of surprise.

4. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
I think so, probably more so the BettyBox.

5. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
I think there was enough pads but I really need something thicker more absorbent. The BettyBox was more than enough for DD.

NotAnotherNewUsername · 29/03/2018 12:12

1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
My dd loved the idea, I'm not that bothered as I just add them to my home delivered grocery order each month.
2. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
I don’t think so as I can buy the sanitary items cheaper. The products were nice but a bit random and the make-up not my colour.
3. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es? Include a larger amount of chocolate Grin the little coconut sample was pathetic.
4. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
Yes, they are a nice little surprise each month if you have the money.
5. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
Right amount for me and dd

Sissyinthesummertime · 29/03/2018 12:43

1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
We loved receiving the boxes, especially my youngest daughter who is 11. They (and I) were more excited about the other contents than the pads and tampons. I don't think we would need them delivered each month. We always have a large supply at home.
2. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
It would be good value for money if you had a choice on what to receive i.e. the colour lipstick. The things we received, whilst nice were not something that we would use or need. If I was paying monthly I would feel that we were wasting money.
3. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
I would like them to fit through the letterbox! The postman has knocked once, and had to leave another box with a neighbour. I wouldn't want that to happen all the time.
4. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
Yes, I would.
5. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
There was just enough, perhaps a little bit more than we would use.

MyVisionsComeFromSoup · 29/03/2018 12:44

1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
A bit pointless, as I buy pads in the poundshop, and will chuck some in my online grocery shop if we're running low

2. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money? A bit mixed on this, as pads are cheap, and some of the other items I wouldn't necessarily buy. The bettybox seemed to be a better deal in terms of useable products - I have no need for lip plumper for eg (is that what you use to get the trout pout in instagram photos??)

3. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es? Make them smaller so they fit through letterboxes, and have less packaging inside. Also to be able to choose (from a selection, maybe) of extra products, a generic selection isn't going to work particularly well. And the name - do we have to foist pink on anything women related?

4. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member? I can see that an occasional treat for a teenager would be nice, so I may recommend to parents of younger teens, but not for adults - surely after having periods for years means we can remember to buy the products we need to deal with it.

5. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products? I don't need specific night-time pads any more, so there were too many of those, and not enough regular pads. Neither of us use tampons, so can't comment on the mix.

Ive tried hard to ignore the name mix up/ DP issue, but the fact we haven't received the promised replacement box, plus the lack of proper apology and explanation as to what went wrong, doesn't inspire confidence in actually handing over money to them.

inashizzle · 29/03/2018 14:16

1: Deliveryof Pink Parcel and Bettybox saves a trek to the shops when my daughter and I have clean forgotten to restock.

2: For the beauty items you receive , and sanitary products as a part of the overall purchase, both boxes are definitely worth the value. Both my 11 year old and 20 year old daughters thought Pink Parcel and Betty Box are brilliant! As a mum I hadn't treated myself for a long time with new finds; a lively introduction into doing so from now on, thanks!

3: I would change the amount by increasing the quantity . If people have too many, it could be suggested to donate excess to food banks that are now accepting toiletries.

4: I would recommend Pink Parcel and Bettybox to friends and family-as an indulgent treat with the added bonus of sanitary protection.

5: The mix was great in both boxes, however sanitary supply need to be in abundance! Going short is 100% not an option , even though having researched , I'd be subscribing to one of the better beauty boxes company in the first instance.

Pascall · 29/03/2018 16:00

We've only received the Betty Box so far, so can only give feedback on that.

1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
In theory it's a great idea as dd is still not comfortable buying pads etc. in public so a little box of goodies through the door just when you need it is as excellent plan. In theory though it was just too unreliable as the box only just arrived yesterday after weeks of waiting.

Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
I don't think it's too bad. DD was very impressed with some of the goodies, googling how much it would have cost her to buy them herself. We probably would have broke even if we had used the pads.

What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
We didn't understand the bizarre repackaging of the pads. DD has very heavy periods and needs to be confident that the pad she's using will do the job. The Pads were in boxes labelled 'For Now' and 'For Later', or not labelled at all. As she had no idea what absorbency they were, she wouldn't risk using them. And, if she had have used them and liked them, she wouldn't know what to ask for again as the brand names weren't given.

Also, the 'sweet treats' that were promised were awful. A coconut flavoured teabag and 3 tiny (literally the size of a penny) little coconut rice cake things. These are PERIOD boxes. We want CHOCOLATE!

Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
Not really

Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
There would not have been enough pads at all for dd to cover one period. We would definitely had to buy more.

JustineBMumsnet · 29/03/2018 16:35

@Rainboho - thanks for your feedback. We just wanted to let you know that Pink Parcel and bettybox have informed us that they've removed all Mumsnet user data from their systems following the product test.

1 Daughter thought it would be convenient to receive the parcel each month. I think it is just as easy to add items to the weekly shop
2 I think it is quite good value with the full sized items and samples but would be quite expensive for us both to have every month .Also there might be items in the box that you wouldn't use.I might buy a few boxes for my daughter as a treat as it's nice to try the different products but don't think I'd bother for myself.
3 It would be better if the box fitted throughout the letter box and although the box was set out well there was a lot of unnecessary packaging .Daughter liked the little bag but wouldn't need a new one with each box.
4 Daughter would recommend to her friends as she enjoyed the treats

5 For myself I thought there was a good amount .My daughter chose a mix of pads and tampons and would have liked a few more pads .

InvisibleUnicorn · 29/03/2018 18:06
  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

I think it's a nice idea as a subscription, apart from firstly too much packaging and secondly, they got battered being placed through my letterbox.

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?

DD is way more impressed by the BettyBox than I was by the PinkBox. She would like to continue with a subscription. She loved the beauty products, and weirdly enough the revision pens!

  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?

Less/different packaging. Maybe a box that can be reused? Certainly less that immediately needs recycling and is as bulky.
I'd also like a better choice of sanitary products. I had a random selection of items of brands I had not heard of before. I don't think there was an option for non applicator tampons? (yet more waste!)
I would also like it to include bags for proper disposal of sanitary items. That would be an additional cost, but I think if they were included would help educate people not to flush down the loo.
Ability to exclude certain products would also be helpful. DD is allergic to everything coconut, so sadly didn't get any of the coconut treats or tea!
The name PinkBox is so girly and stereotypical and not appealing.
I really don't like the angle of the advertising I have seen recently, and it's premise that people currently are shy or have issues about periods. I think it is lazy advertising and working on out of date opinions.

  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?

I'd recommend BettyBox I think to some mums. The teen was really thrilled with her selection of products (apart from the coconut!)

  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?

A bit too much, and I got pads in mine too, by mistake I think. If we got one every month, we'd end up with a stockpile.

In conclusion, my DD was wowed, but I wasn't so much. I admit some of that is being put off by the lack of care over personal details being kept secure. That could have been dealt with better by a proper and timely apology by the company and a much more prompt resending of the BettyBox.

I'd like to pass on my daughter's thanks. She is genuinely thrilled to have received the products and was very happy indeed.

OutsideContextProblem · 29/03/2018 18:55
  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
Not that fussed - there are lots of shops that will sell me my preferred brand, and the letterbox issue means that it's much more convenient to go to one of them.
  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
PinkParcel might be worth the money if you're in the market for a beauty subscription - the contents were fun and seemed good quality. DD (15) said that she'd be happy to pay the money for bettybox out of her own allowance if I subsidised her by a couple of pounds for the cost of the sanpro element.
  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
Get them to fit through the letterbox!!!! This is an absolute dealbreaker - I'm not going to give up a precious hour traipsing to the sorting office every month.
  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
My DD loved it so yes I might suggest a subscription as a present for a teenage girl.
  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
I didn't really keep track. It seemed about right but I'm sure that if I had a subscription for a long time I'd end up a bit out of step.

Thanks for the testing boxes: the admin cockups were unfortunate but the products were much appreciated especially by DD.

Kangar00 · 29/03/2018 19:01
  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
I liked the convenience but worried that it wouldn’t arrive at the correct time. Underwhelming if it arrives after your period and takes away the excitement. I am concerned about the quantity of packaging and the new cotton bag each month.
  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
Yes I think it is given the beauty treats. For me, i find it too extravagant but for a teenage daughter I wouldn’t mind buying it if it made things easier for her. Might be a nice subscription box which would be an ongoing Xmas present etc.
  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
Either different cotton bags each month and less packaging. I don’t like that it is wrapped in black plastic as I hate plastic bags. Seems very unenviroentally friendly.
  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member? Yes for teenagers.
  2. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products? A good mix and more than I needed but I don’t mind that.
prettycunning · 29/03/2018 19:04
  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
I liked the concept it did feel like a treat and saved running out to shop cos I forgot it was due
  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
I do think it is the extras make it worth while I would not pay that for just the sanitary wear
  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
Less boxed in them it's a cute idea but too much and less pink
  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member? Yes
  2. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?too many pads and not enough panty liners which were by far my favourite product they are lovely
christmaseasterbunny · 29/03/2018 19:25

1)What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?
I thought this would be a good idea - would save me having to remember to put them on my shopping list every month. Like other people though , the postman had to knock with the parcel and as my husband and I at work most days, it would be a pain to have to go and collect it each month .

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
I'm in 2 minds - I think it is an expensive way of buying sanitary protection each month ( for comparison I bought special teen sanitary protection for my daughter for ÂŁ5 , and this will last her a couple of months.) However the "goodies" are a nice bonus , and according to the booklet that came with both boxes are worth more than the box cost . Both my daughter and I liked the goodies , and they were high quality , but not necessarily the type of things or colours we would buy - which would make me reluctant to buy a long term subscription as I think we would end up with lots of different items that we may not use -which would make it less good value.
  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
Having a "starter" box with the fabric bag - I think it may be a waste to have a bag each month. To supply super plus tampons in the Pink parcel To be able to choose the types of items / choose colour schemes for make up items.
  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
For a one off I would , especially the Betty Box as a present for a girl who has just started her period/as a treat every so often
  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
There was quite a lot of pads , but not as many tampons ( wouldn't last me a month - especially as I could only order super absorbency not super plus) In the Betty box the pads were too large for my daughter ( although in the first box she had a set of Betty pads as a bonus in different sizes from 8 years upwards . Looking at the website I get the impression that these will be available in boxes soon - it would also be really good if these could be bought without subscribing to a box)
IllBeAtTheBarIfYouNeedMe · 29/03/2018 19:53
  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

I thought it was convenient. Much less chance of being caught short.

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?

For the sanpro alone. No. ÂŁ13 for sanpro would be 4 months supply for me and dd. However the treats were of good quality and less then I would spend on myself if I were to treat myself.

  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?

I would have liked to have a preference for the treats received. I loved the skin care products but I feel makeup is a bit too personal to mass give away.

  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?

I would recommend it to women who like a treat and to girls who have just started their periods. I did get dd pink parcel when she first started hers as she struggled to accept the change. She really liked it then (i was less impressed so didn’t continue the subscription) and we were both thrilled that it was even more improved from our first experience.

  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?

It would be too many tampons/sanitary towels for me in my cycle but not enough sanitary towels for dd and her cycle.

  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

It's a really good idea, you will never run out of pads/tampons.
I really liked trying the samples and trying items out that I may have not purchased.

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?

Yes but it's a bit hit and miss because you get quality items but not everything in the box may suit your skin or complexion, the lipstick that's was in the 2nd Betty box looked horrendous on my DD but she would have loved it in a different colour. She was so excited to unbox it though and they were aimed for the teen market.

  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?

Labels for the sanitary protection what brand and absorbancy they are, maybe netural colours for the makeup. Need a different stonger and narrower box as both Betty boxes came squashed and open and with both boxes the Postman had to ring the doorbell.

  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?

Yes as a luxury treat. I think it's slightly expensive every month, but if you can afford it, the items are quite more expensive than the monthly cost so its relative. The rose face oil was worth more than the pink parcel box Smile

  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?

My DD has a very heavy flow so said it wasn't enough for the week. The pink parcel had enough for me.

Sorry forgot to add maybe that it could question what is your typical flow and how many days so they could increase or decrease the amount of pads/tampons needed for each customer.

. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

It is nice not to have to worry about pads and tampons.

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?
It is. It contains lots of good quality products.
  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?
I would like to be able to pick and choose what I could have in the box.
  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?
Yes. It makes life easier.
  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?
I found it had a good selection and amount of pads and tampons.

  1. What did you think about receiving your pads and tampons directly to your door each month?

It is a good idea, but they did not ask how many pads or tampons required. Also the box did not fit through the letterbox. It is nice to have a treat sent through the post. Also it would be nice to have a choice of gift in the box.

  1. Do you feel PinkParcel/bettybox is good value for money?

It is expensive so no, I do not think it is value for money.

  1. What one thing - if anything - would you change about the box/es?

I would make sure they fit through the letterbox. Also as my daughter is very young, I would like more products aimed at a younger age group. It may make the period time less daunting.

  1. Would you recommend Pink Parcel/bettybox to a friend/family member?

Yes in theory, but not at this price. Also I would be concerned about the wrong details on the betty box. It would concern me to give banking details.

  1. Did you find you had too little, too much or just enough pads and tampons and how did you find the mix of tampon and pad products?

I use tampons overnight but did not get this as an option. I had to request pads which I don't use at all. The quantity was adequate for me. It would be a good idea to ask about how heavy the period is, so may have more pads or tampons as required.
