That's it really. We're running away and getting married by ourselves with the DC (you can't really call it eloping when it's Wakefield ) tomorrow afternoon.

We were going to accost people in the street and still will if this doesn't work but thought we'd give it a shot here.

We can offer you a free glass of bubbly in return

robino · 30/06/2010 09:27

Back door's open, I'm listening. I'm not shouting knickers out the back doors

AlCrowley · 30/06/2010 09:32

Next twist to the story is Robino's DH-to-be walking in and telling Robino that the new lady who moved in next door not so long ago is out in her back garden yelling about Fruit Shoots

OrmRenewed · 30/06/2010 09:51

Sorry to butt in - knickers your iphone is really messing up!

Good luck robino - how romantic. Like another poster, I never thought I'd say "I wish I lived in Wakefield" but I do today. All the best in your married life.

brass · 30/06/2010 10:01

Congratulations robino - Hope you have an amazing day. It will certainly me memorable!x

It's also my anniversary today

robino · 30/06/2010 10:02

I am feeling like a bit of a fraud with all your wishes for a happy future - we've been together for 16 years on and off (and 10 completely on, was v young when we met and had to go to uni and travel) and, whilst we are completely in love and committed, are really doing this for next-of-kin reasons rather than any great romantic desire .
