That's it really. We're running away and getting married by ourselves with the DC (you can't really call it eloping when it's Wakefield ) tomorrow afternoon.

We were going to accost people in the street and still will if this doesn't work but thought we'd give it a shot here.

We can offer you a free glass of bubbly in return

I've just read this thread for the first time and am absolutely in love with it!
I'm just gutted that the photo link doesn't work anymore. I'd love to see the photos of the day 😊

You would be better starting your own thread with this, as people will see this is a zombie thread and ignore it.

Lots of Luck Thanks

Just a wee update. We have confessed all!

The fact that we're moving to a country where you can't live together unless you're married has kind of forced our hand. To their credit, not one person has been unpleasant about it (at least not to our faces) and we've told a lot of people this week!

And thank you once again, MN - I've just re-read the whole thread and thoroughly enjoyed it.

iloveroses - yes, a 3rd DD. She's nearly 6 months old now and an absolute gem.

sloggies - still a secret. Although DD1 is beginning to ask questions. Pesky 4.5 yr olds and their inquisitive minds Grin. I suspect the game might be up sooner rather than later; don't think I can lie to the DDs and if they know then we'd better 'fess up before they blurt it out....

Knickers/ FoundationGarments asked on birth announcement thread if anybody knows yet. The answer is no! however, we are facing a tricky situation because MIL wants to set up bank account for no3 and thus needs her birth certificate which shows us as married.... DH seems to think we can work around it, I'm not so sure. We currently have a stay of execution in which we can decide what to do as she is unwell and concentrating on getting better.

I have to say - the Robino's wedding and the picture of you with (ahem) "smalls" on your head have been one of the best things I have seen/read on MN Grin

Just wanted to say a very belated congratulations as I missed it at the time which is a shame as I could have been there as we are on Kettlethorpe!!! I really wish DH and I had had the guts to do this 7yrs ago in the same place but you all looked wonderful your DD's are beautiful (and Im sure DD3 will be just as gorgeous!) and I cant quite believe Knickers actually wore Knickers on her head! (oops just had to change that from knockers on her head!)
