That's it really. We're running away and getting married by ourselves with the DC (you can't really call it eloping when it's Wakefield ) tomorrow afternoon.

We were going to accost people in the street and still will if this doesn't work but thought we'd give it a shot here.

We can offer you a free glass of bubbly in return

Wakefield is Junction 39/40/41 off of the M1 or Junction 30/31 off of the M62 for anyone who is intrested. Im juntion 35 off M62.

Sorry meant to say Junctions 39/40/41 off of M1 and Junctions 30/31 off of M62. All take you to City Centre, but through different areas.

Moonface - thank you, I have two willing victims.

I do hope you're not all getting your hopes up too high, we're really not very romantic, are likely to burst into inappropriate fits of nonsense and the urchins are likely to run around causing mayhem. Although, the less notice they take of it the better really because we're beginning to realise that they're likely to blurt out to all and sundry what has happened!

Anyhoo, as one does on one's wedding day I'm off to deal with an ant infestation in the kitchen - as you've all been so helpful, do you have any ideas for that one?

Maybe Belle or Knickers could buy you an ant trap as a wedding present

Happy Wedding Day.

On your Wedding Day

Today is a day you will always remember
the greatest in anyones life
You'll start the day off just two people in love
and end it as husband and wife.

Its a brand new beginning the start of a journey
with moments to cherish and treasure
and although there'll be times when you both disagree
these will surely be outweighed by pleasure

You'll have heard many words of advice in the past
when the secrets of marriage were spoken
but you know that the answers lie hidden inside
where the bond of true love lies unbroken

So live happy forever as lovers and friends
its the dawn of a new life for you
as you stand together with love in your eyes
from the moment you whisper 'i do'

And with luck, all your hopes, and your dreams can be real
may success find its way to your hearts
tomorrow can bring you the greatest of joys
but today is the day it all starts.

Hope you have a lovely day!

Ant powder only thing that works for ants I think. You could try leading them outside with a trail of sugar and then getting DC's to stamp on them?

Or just ignore them and enjoy your day feeling special all day!!
