I bought some Yardley perfume for my grandmother and haven't been able to give it to her due to lockdown. I really like it and am going to buy some for me.
Also, I've started looking at those pointy cross-your hearty bras and thinking they look comfy and I quite like the shape, without having to cope with underwires (which I hate).
I'm 37, not 73. Are there any other old lady things I might like please?

Can I ask about 'big knickers' – what do people mean exactly? I mean, I wear not-very-revealing things like Gap's bikini knickers, but do people mean things that go down your leg/up towards your ribcage?

My big knickers are M&S cotton full briefs. I get them in black, but I think they do colours too.

I like a half slip. That is proper old lady.

Ooh and memory foam pillows, the curved ones that cradle your head. DH calls it my old lady pillow. I can't sleep without it.
