Grin

She has just sent out a group email to 100 parents/the head, of the last AGM minutes. Then obviously wanted to bitch to one other PTA mum about THE HEAD but... has copied in the 100 parents... AND THE HEAD.

My life is complete. I am practically purring in pleasure. Cannot WAIT for this afternoon in the playground. Grin

Xpost! Uncharacteristic?! What bollocks!

Snatchoo · 20/09/2013 12:20

This has been an awesome thread!

BUT......I was on MN all fucking day yesterday I was so bored, how come I missed it??!

KeemaNaanAndCurryOn · 20/09/2013 12:21

Could you bake her a cake and write in lemon flavoured icing "Sorry to hear you're a twat".

evilgiraffe · 20/09/2013 12:23

Wow, that's some brass neck! I'm sure most people would consider homophobic vitriol more than offset by a few years of mediocre fundraising and undercooked cake though.

Oh no, wait Hmm

CeliaFate · 20/09/2013 12:26

She can't be allowed off the hook that easily.

Perhaps a whisper of "Daily Mail" in the yard at home time? evil laugh

nickelbabe · 20/09/2013 12:29

i love the reply-to-all idea.

Can someone please tell vera about the thread?
I need her to tell us her side (and if she's had anything from LDC)

Hullygully · 20/09/2013 12:32

you have to love her

Buzzardbird · 20/09/2013 12:34

I think you should campaign to get her reinstated. What the hell are we going to read about? Think of US! Sad

Flatiron · 20/09/2013 12:35

Am imagining that the next PTA meeting at your school, Marmalade, will be packed with new members hoping to get the inside story keen to do their bit!

Lexiesinclair · 20/09/2013 12:37

Just read both threads Shock

How toe curlingly awful.

Is LDC's DS still at the school or did I read he was moving up to high school in September?

sisterofmercy · 20/09/2013 12:41

A nice passive aggressive way for the school to deal with it would be to send out an e-mail reminding all about e-mail etiquette.

Top stuff!

ScrambledSmegs · 20/09/2013 12:45

This is a wonderful thread. Thank you Thanks And many, many thanks to LDC for the most magnificent brainfart I've ever seen. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving person Grin

ScrambledSmegs · 20/09/2013 12:46

BTW I thought you woz dead too Shock Some of us are delicate, like. Don't do that to us!

yegodsandlittlefishes · 20/09/2013 12:48

LDC woman just keeps giving!

  1. No apology, in case there any doubt of true, habitual character (and then lying, as if that fools anyone).
  1. A resignation instead of offering to resign first (admit it, you held out and someone had to ask you to resign).
  1. The beautiful part of that email is that it pretty much invites the school to use her amusing failures efforts for fundraising purposes. It would, after all, be the only way she could show her face around the village again. Not until every person, down to the last granny has a 'reply all' shopping bag and every old gent has 'reply all' carved walking stick will she be allowed to live this down and be accepted again.
Mirage · 20/09/2013 12:53

This happened in a village,a village in the Midlands? I'd love to know where,If I start driving now I could be there for school picking up time.Grin

MrsBungle · 20/09/2013 12:54

"Uncharacteristic" she's thought long and hard about the e mail hasn't she?!

DameFanny · 20/09/2013 12:57

What an excellent opportunity for the school to do a series of assemblies on internet protocol and safety, homophobia and inclusion. [passive aggressive smile]

chocolateshoes · 20/09/2013 12:57

I'll see you there Mirage! I wish this was all happening closer to where I live. Just told DH about it who remembers the original thread. He couldn't believe there'd be a sequel

nickelbabe · 20/09/2013 12:59

can someone link the original thread please?

i remember it, but I want to revisit it Grin

yegodsandlittlefishes · 20/09/2013 13:01

I would love to know if she's in my county, as I'm in the right general area.

Thank you Twatters!

Buzzardbird · 20/09/2013 13:03

I will be scanning the school playground for apple trees later...

BuskersCat · 20/09/2013 13:08

This is why I luffs mumsnet Grin

LemonDrizzleBitch · 20/09/2013 13:11

Grin@"claggy cake"

Yes to Rooners head tilt of concern Grin

TalkativeJim · 20/09/2013 13:12

Full marks on the email. You've got to hand it to her. But it doesn't matter. Nothing else will ever matter again. It's a bit like prominent Nazi captains stating that they still love Hitler before shooting themselves outside the bunker. Ah ha ha ha ha that poor, poor woman Grin

MrsMcEnroe · 20/09/2013 13:13

I agree with Hec (as usual). That will NOT have been the first bitchy email that LDC has sent; it's just the first time she's been caught out.

This thread just keeps on giving, doesn't it? Simply marvellous.
