Calling all overseas MNers - My lovely boy has written some letters

He's 7, and is quite taken by stamps.
He's written several letters (I'll give you an example in a minute), and I wondered if there might be some MNers in foreign parts who might help him :)

Here is one of his letters ( in very best joined-up writing:))

Dear Jamaica

If I writ you a letter, please will you send me one back, so I can see your stamps.
I am from England (Great Britan)

There are similar letters for several countries, and his plan is to put them in an envelope with the country name on the outside, and several stamps.

Would anyone be able to send him a letter with a stamp on?

Have also liked - is that my postcard on the right there? You need to photo all the stamps and add the photos so that we can all see (small project, should only take you a couple of days or so :o )

Parcel from Denmark, with some Danish sweets in (they didn't last long :o)
Parcel from the British Virgin Islands, with postcards and beautiful stamps inside, and some gorgeous shells :)

Yay! Our letter from Moldova arrived! That was very quick for the Moldovan postal service

And extremely quick for British Virgin Islands post - unheard of! Really shocked pleased it arrived.

I've skim read the thread and haven't seen much mention of Spain. I'll be there trying to escape the rain in 3 weeks time, so PM me if you need one from there.

I love this thread! It's fantastic :) dp has been rolls that when we have kids I'll be asking mn for pen pals for them :D I'm not abroad so can't help, though would send a postcard from brighton if he really wanted one

I had a email style pen pal in australia fire a few years in my teens, I miss talking to him now, he even sent me an aussie fiver so I could have a cup of coffee on film when I eventually got over there!
