Scottish Christmas meet-up

There has always been a good night in Edinburgh at Christmas but so far, there doesn't seem to be the impetus for one.

Nailpolish started a thread here but it has limped on without getting to a critical mass.

I thought I'd start a new thread with Christmas in the title to see if that would generate a bit more interest! As someone said on the other thread, we are getting a bit close to Christmas, so we should get a move on if we are going to organise something!

Originally from a small town between Newcastle and Durham, live very close to M&D's and like I said IL'S live in Arbroath. We love Broughty Ferry, although best beach is Lunan Bay.

I'll be getting the 2pm train over from Glasgow if anyone wants to meet up with me.

Tis a friends birthday night out the same night - trying to persuade her to come to Edinburgh instead...

I hope so too! I haven't been very well recently and will have to see how I am doing, and will have to be home quite early too if I do go as I need my sleep right now
