that is indeed top tosser behaviour sorry but really it really is.

peanut butter toast yum with marmalade on top I scoffed a few too many of those while pregnant

Paddlechick666 · 05/10/2007 21:57

thanks for the solidarity girl.

skipped the toast but am off to bed now.

tudor thing was okay in the end, if only for the plethora of nubile young men!

rosmonster · 05/10/2007 21:58

I've been playing scrabulous much to the bemusement of dh who just can't see the point!

But am also off to bed.

Paddlechick666 · 05/10/2007 21:59

girls

rosmonster · 05/10/2007 22:15

foxensteinscreature · 06/10/2007 09:02

Mornin'All

HELLOOOOO Kew and Steppy [waves]

Morning to MrsR's lovely DDs and her chubber

Well my DD fell asleep on CM's floor at 3.45pm yesterday and has been asleep since virtually so will have to guage how she is feeling today. I wanna come to Kew - weather is luvverly

If we don't come it means DD is too sick - she deffo has had a Vom bug but am hoping it will have gone by this morning

BTW no one else here has had it

Right, off to check my Ebay "watched items"

MrsRecycle · 06/10/2007 09:44

[waves back] oh hope dd is feeling better poor thing. It is a lovely day isn't it?

pc - am so for you about ex - what a complete a**shole. Only suits him to contact you when he needs something. How completely selfish. Hope today goes well - if they don't turn up you can always come along to Kew and bring all the food with you dds want a picnic yes my bro is handsome but not rich .

Paddlechick666 · 06/10/2007 09:57

morning all, well friends are on their way so am mightly about that.

not least coz of the food but also i've changed all the beds, washed all the towels and so on!

i expect we'll trot over to kew ourselves this arvo so might see you all there.

foxie, hope dd is feeling better very soon. maybe it's just a 24hr thing? poor little thing.

mrsR, would be lovely to see your dds and chubber again. it's been ages.

re: bro, handsome is good, solvent is sufficient !!

TheSFXshape · 06/10/2007 10:52

morning all

lovely lie in, feel human now and somehow dh managed to do a decent tidy up without waking me up, bless him

sorry about poorly dd foxie hope she feels better soon

paddle enjoy friends diluting and all that.

we might also head out to kew and might bump into some of you if dd insists on C&C

foxensteinscreature · 06/10/2007 10:54

Paddle - well done for making your H stew!! Give him a taste of his own medicine - it strikes me that he only contacts you when he wants something (like for you to help look after his sons, or when he wants to move in 'cos it suits him and will save him communiting ). Let him stew big time!!

Have a fabby weekend with your friends

MrsR - DD is up and about and has had a big brekkie - she seems very well now!!

foxensteinscreature · 06/10/2007 10:54

Mornin' sfx

rosmonster · 06/10/2007 18:25

Quiet today! Did you all manage to meet up then?

I did the NCT sale this morning which was quite busy (no walkers I'm afraid Foxie) but fun as well! Then this afternoon we went to the bunny farm which I never realised was free! Nice little park there as well, ds had a great time.

foxensteinscreature · 06/10/2007 18:47

Rose - Bunny farm is lovely isn't it? I'm so glad the NCT had no walkers as MrsR very kindly just gave DS2 her one!!!

Steppy, CoV, MrsR, SJ, sfx - was lovely to see you all in Kew earlier

CoV what time would you like us to arrive next week?

Kew - please could you remember to drop DD's pirate outfit at the CM on Monday, as she really misses it?

Thanx

SJ99 · 06/10/2007 19:47

Foxie you must've imagined me being there as I've been in Oxford today!

PC - hope you have fun with your friends and I'm sure they will manage to cheer you up. Forget about H for now if he's making you feel unhappy. Enjoy yourself this weekend

My pg friend having twins has the tidiest bump ever and she has lost loads of weight (only because she was ill during start of preg), enough to make you though

ComeOVeneer · 06/10/2007 19:53

Hey all. Lovely to see a fair few of you this afternoon, it was lovely to catch up. We ended up only getting home at 6.30pm, childrens supper was a picnic plate and bath has been postponed until the morning. They are both asleep (hopefully a bit of a lie in tomorrow). I have a glass of red wine and a prawn and scallop pie in the oven(the pie that is not the wine).

Paddle sorry H is causing you more upset, and a second apology for not even having a chance to say "hi" to you this afternoon. Unfortunately ds is still at the stage of running out of there and heading for the trees, so has to be followed/watched very closely, making conversation a tad tricky at times. I can't remeber if you said you are able to make it next Sat at mine. I haven't decided what time, what s good for everyone else?

Kewcumber · 06/10/2007 19:55

I missed any meet ups DS late to sleep so didn;t wake until about 3.45. Foxie - pirate costume and stairgate are in teh car as I though I'd drop it over but ran out of time. Are you around before or after church tomorrow and I'll drop them both of - I'm more likely to remember if I do it myself than if I have to remember to give it to CM (plus stairgate is perhaps a bit big to leave with her?)

foxensteinscreature · 06/10/2007 20:24

SJ - Sorry I meant Sushi!! I'm getting my "S's" confused!! Hi Sushi - was nice to see you earlier and looking forward to seeing you next week so I can get to have a chat with you at last!

SJ are you coming to CoV's next week - I don't think we've even met yet have we LOL!!?

Kew - I'm not sure my movements yet for tomorrow, as not sure which mass we will go to (depends how long the kids let us sleep) and am planning a mega walk as soon as I can escape after mass. You can hide them behind the bush immediately beside the front door though - that's where the postman hides all our parcels.

CoV - Sounds like a nice supper

How about we arrive around 7.45/8pm?

Who is coming with me?

I think its:

Steppy
Kew? (No point in taking 2 cars if there enough space in mine)
Sushi
Puds
DS2
SFX???

I have e-mailed Nanou to invite her

I will need someone to map read - although CoV has given me directions

It would be good if people coming to me could get here at 7pm if that time is OK with CoV - except you puds - I can pick you up from the bus stop/train station if that's easier

MrsR - thank you very much for the walker - DS2 loves it - it is just the right size for him and he loves the toys on the front

Right, off for a little walk

sfxmum · 06/10/2007 20:35

hi all

yes foxie I need a lift and I will be at your at whatever time you want mrs.

great and quite unexpected to see all at Kew.
dh would like me to say that he had put the nappy bag in the buggy and I was the one who took it out

dd still awake eating the apple crumble she made with dh when we got in.
guess it's lights out till 9am, fingers crossed

ComeOVeneer · 06/10/2007 20:55

7.45-8pm is fine

SJ99 · 06/10/2007 21:15

Yes, I'll try and come to COV's next week. Will be fun to meet everyone . What's the best way to get to yours COV from Twickers?

Just did a quick search on travel planner thingy which suggests I take 2 buses which is ok but just wondered if there was train as might be quicker. Or I could drive but means won't be able to drink :-(

ComeOVeneer · 06/10/2007 21:46

Not really sure about trains to me from Twickers as we are relative newbies to this area, but I do know there isn't a direct train.

rosmonster · 06/10/2007 22:17

Sj, I think a couple of people are driving so you might be able to cadge a lift with them! If you can get to Brentford we can head towards Kew together maybe?

foxensteinscreature · 07/10/2007 09:56

Or if you can get to Kew SJ, Kew or myself will give you a lift - between us we should have about 8 spaces.

I have 5 spaces in my car - with me and DS2 in there already

I went to bed at 9.30pm last night instead of going for a walk and slept until 8.30am - DS2 woke me about 7/8 times, sniffing around for milk, but I can say I feel almost human today - as opposed to Foxenstein-like

bunyanvillas · 07/10/2007 11:33

Sorry I didn't make it to the Kew meet-up yesterday - a "bad day at the office chez bunyanvillas" - for various reasons! Hope to meet up with some of you soon

Kewcumber · 07/10/2007 12:48

Foxie - have left pirate stuiff in your recycling box (fingers crossed it doesn;t rain) didn;t have the stiargate in teh car but will drop that off one evening after picking up DS
