As I'm guessing Des is probably back from holiday now, anyone want to start arranging a new meet up (for old and new).

Ashton Court was suggested.

Will sit on fence and let everyone else decide.

City beach is easier for me too but am happy to fall in with majority as don't mind bussing it to Ashton court.....

Mind you, the beach does mean I can bury Desi's needles if she starts waving them at me!!

We're just waiting on Dixie, then? I think it's just the four of us at the moment ... but all are welcome!

I'm sure the Urban Beach will be easier for Dixie, too.

I was in the Doctors today and saw loads of mums with babies and was thinking we should have a bigger Bristol thread.....maybe a lot of the Bristolian mummys are too coy to admit to being a Mnetter and just quietly lurk??!

I actually have a friend on here (not from Bristol though) who hasn't told me her nickname!!!

Actually, Crook, I pmsl the last time I went there. I bought a pie, and on the box it said OPEN FLAPS AND MUNCH.

Well, me little 'dillo - you shall find me at the bar! The beach is pretty small, so I suggest we meet at the end of the boardwalk (honestly, it's really small). The bar is at the end.

Poor little thing - guess he won't really be up to a day out in the rain . Hope he feels better soon.

Bummer! It looks like I might have to cancel.

ds is worse today, if anything. I've just changed five nappies in twenty minutes. I don't want to take the risk of him poohing everywhere on the beach, or running the risk of infecting your lovely dc's.

I'll keep you posted, but I can't see it improving by 2pm.

Ditto about being happy to postpone. How is everyone fixed next Friday (that's my best day next week).

Oh looks like i can come after all, popping off to check calendar for next friday..... Yep can do, but only between 10ish and 2ish (DS1 in Rugby training).
