Probably a crap name for us but nevermind. LittleMissPickles, will you be joining us at the Sea Lane cafe on Thursday morning? Anybody else in the area reading this, please feel free to come along to our inaugural meeting. Anyone committing themselves on this board before then, should we all agree that if something comes up last minute - could we attempt to login and let others know? I'll have a quick check before I leave. Erm - I guess the baby - 6mths old chubba-chops boy with blonde hair - might give me away. Otherwise I'm 5.7 with short dark hair & quite slim.

Just realised it's Tuesday night - this week has really flown.

Anyway - our intention is to swim again tomorrow, arriving at 11am, so if you are going see you in the foyer? If not then we'll brave it (may give the singing a miss tho!) alone.

Hi, you beat me too it... I was posting to say that I won't be going tomorrow, not been feeling too well this week so probably best to pass.
Hopefully be feeling more normal by friday if you fancy a gentle walk, weather permitting.
I've been swimming on my own with little one before and its ok to be honest there are some friendly mums there who will talk to you so brave it. Otherwise I'll definately be going next week, I hate letting little one down but just can't manage it tomorrow - sorry.

Sorry you haven't been feeling too good. We are still going to go, don't mind doing Mum stuff on my own.

I am having the car serviced tomorrow - so depending on whether that needs work and they have to keep it, I will let you know if we can make Friday.

Hello - just wondering if this group meets up often? I live in Shoreham-By-Sea and am just trying to get to know some other mums in the area. I have a daughter who is almost 3. We just moved down here in April and I love it!

hi sunny,sites been a bit quiet lately,im in the middle of moving to worthing from shoreham so have been too busy to post much,but i know a few of the ladies meet up frequently.

Snuffle and I manage frequent meet ups - currently we go swimming each week Weds morning at the Aquarena as the weather kept ruining our original plans of walking the seafront. It can be a bit chilly sometmes but at least we don't get rained off!

Our little girls are both around the 8 month mark - a few on here had older ones but the posts are few and far between! I have met a few nice Mums through the clases/groups we attend locally but they are Worthing based.

Hi Littlemisspickles, thanks for your message. I wonder if we have already vaguely met then, as funnily enough I have taken Lily to Aquarena a couple of times now on Weds a.m. Not sure if I'm going this week or not as I have my parents staying but just in case - I have brown hair in a bob and will probably have a black swimsuit on. Lily has brown shoulder length hair and chats lots!! Would be nice to say hello .

Hi Sunny, as LMP says we meet regularly, weather permitting, which is why we have taken up swimming.

We're both going tomorrow so maybe see you if can make it.

We both have blue multi coloured swimsuits, I have shoulder length hair which I normally tie up to prevent too much wetness! My little girl has a pink swimsuit and can normally be found singin to herself whilst chilling on her back or splashing everyone around her!
