A few degenerates seem to have the idea that some of us would for some reason once again want to get together for some drink and inane chatter somewhere in London sometime around Christmas.....

So with that in mind the date of 29 November is being paddled around.

I'm going to this place for my first Xmas do tomorrow.

I absolutely detest it but my former workmates inexplicably love it and because I love them I'll put up with it.

btw Fru The wine list in this place is really good.

Whenever people say Leicester Square is shit because they know the area, I think: 'no, you don't'.

The food is average and rubbish for vegetarians.

But it's good for a small group - four to eight people - as long as you don't want to see daylight. It's a basement.

But as they say in Game of Thrones: winter is coming.

I went last year and yes had room Above the pub and big stairway down to bar - only downfall was the stairs :)

Last year was awesome (even though they did chuck us out promptly at closing time). It was Zombie's first foray into a new life and she enjoyed every minute of it.

I agree with limited I like the idea of drinks and nibbles 'on the wander'.

Otherwise I'm with Juan dont't mind where we go or what we eat.
