A few degenerates seem to have the idea that some of us would for some reason once again want to get together for some drink and inane chatter somewhere in London sometime around Christmas.....

So with that in mind the date of 29 November is being paddled around.

Been a manic week at work so really looking forward to chilling and meeting new friends and catching up with the old - Annie - bbb - hearts and sure theres someone else I have got drunk with I know who is going tomorrow

Ooh, I'd forgotten about the terrace bar meet up. I somehow had to catch a bus back to my hotel after that (or did I do home?) but I was so drunk I couldn't read the numbers on the buses!

Sadly not at the terrace. I was sunning my Blondes bits into brown as was in Tenerife

My train journey isn't long enough for a G&T - and I think I'd get some very odd looks (and maybe even a MN thread written about me) if I tried to neck one of those cans of ready made G&T

Ah yes the canned G&T probably the most travel friendly item on the planet! Now wondering if I can decant into an empty bottle of fizzy water and sip in a ladeeeeee like manner on the bus, while clutching a potato?

I told DH about the potatoes and how I'm not entirely sure how serious you all are. So he suggested I turn up with a packet of crisps.

I've decided I'm definitely going to wear a top. And festive nails n' necklace, for the day that's in it!

hearst get dressed, im just about on the way to my station, dp is driving me there , has given me a few rules

1. dont get lost
2. dont get too drunk
3. ignore 1 and 2

Sorry to do this at this late stage but I think I'm going to back out. I'm tired, my children are being grumpy and difficult and I'm just really not in a going-outy kind of mood. Have a lovely time without me
