It was lovely to meet you too Ponka and Blondie! Will have to do it again sometime soon - hopefully at a time that suits everyone!

Squarer · 26/01/2006 18:11

I'll get a bigger Farm meet up sorted out when the weather gets warmer - and will sort out a day for the Shake Rattle and Roll - I'll pop into the library and check which Tuesdays they do them for certain.

Rushcliffe's a beckoning, so keep your eyes on this thread Rhian!

Rhian101 · 30/01/2006 12:19

I'm watching Squarer!

HenniPenni · 01/02/2006 23:18

OMG I didn't realise so many of us lived in Carlton. Elf if your still looking for flexible childcare I know a fantastic childminder!

Can't believe I missed the meet up. I havn't been watching the thread! The Rattle and Roll at Carlton library is on alternate Tuesday mornings, from 10am. It was on this Tuesday so it will be a week on Tuesday when the next one is on. I sometimes take DS but it clashes with the toddler group I go to.

Rhian101 · 09/02/2006 17:42

Finally out of bed today! Had the flu since last Thursday , much better now but still knackered. How's you?

Squarer · 10/02/2006 23:48

Rhian - how do I get in touch with you re Rushcliffe park walk? Are you paid up to CAT? - suppose I need to fork out really anyway!

Pinkmagic - is it the first and third Tuesday of every month at the Library still? I haven't had chance to pop in yet. Do you go to the same playgroup as Ponka in Gedling then????

Rhian101 · 12/02/2006 21:41

Squarer, am not paid up but mail me at zomsocks(at)aol(dot)com

Rhian101 · 12/02/2006 21:42

When are you planning a trip to Rushcliffe park?

Have to say, I'd love to go to Rushcliffe park but it's not all that appealing at the moment with this snow coming down! Brrrrrrr.

Is there anywhere that way that's indoors? A soft play place, perhaps?

Rhian101 · 01/03/2006 17:05

Hi Ponka. Did you get my email? I went to Rushcliffe today, a spur of the moment thing brought about by bright sunshine. It was really nice - if a little cold Smile

Rhian101 · 01/03/2006 17:06

(Have to admit that I don't know about anywhere indoors, does anyone have any ideas?)

blondie82 · 02/03/2006 11:43

Ponka, you out there?

OP posts:
Ponka · 14/03/2006 22:38

Sorry. I should check in more often!

Been looking on the net. Found this:

Run Riot Indoor Play Area Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham (0115) 981 4027

Anyone know what it's like? I've never heard of it. I only know all the places in North Notts.

We could give it a go (don't know if your little ones would be old enough to appreciate a play area or not?) or could hope for a nice day soon and go for Rushcliffe park?

I'm up for something but it'll have to be soon or not for a month or so... and it'll have to be on the understanding that, if I suddenly don't show, baby has put in an appearance!
