I know! Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? Wink

As ever, here's the spreadsheet

If you haven't seen any loss this week - or have seen a slight gain - but you know you haven't cheated, please don't despair. Remember, this is often the case in weeks 3 and 4. So don't panic, just KOKO.

Although I have very much enjoyed the consistent run of lovely weather we've been having, I am looking forward to the arrival of some cooler air and, in particular, some rain. Looks like we might be in for some thunderstorms too.

Anyway, wherever you are and whatever your weather is like, I hope you have a good week

@bandbsmummy well done for persevering. It's not always easy, is it?

I've put on 0.9lb over the course of the week. I actually lost a pound earlier in the week but then seem to have put on 2lbs over the last few days. Very bizarre. KOKO.

STS this week. Maybe a whoosh next week?
KOKO ladies :)

1lb on for me but a very unusual week when we had good friends to stay for a few days so went out for lunch and I ended up eating a few potatoes; a dinner at home with friends where our lovely neighbour made dessert which was high carb but totally delish! And a picnic where I ended up having bread for the first time in a month. 🙈. My first real cheat since bootcamp started. I'm amazed I've only put on a pound but back on the low-carb wagon today.

B fasting
L high meat content sausages and salad
D left over home made Indian food: chicken tikka, chicken korma and cauli and green bean curry with full fat yoghurt

1lb on for me today but happy with that as last week's loss was partly down to being so sick the day before weigh in. Still 8lbs down in 2 weeks!

NSV, yesterday I wore a pair of shorts I wore on holiday in July and I am able to pull them down without undoing the button!

I haven't been posting my meals on here but I've bought a diary and have been writing everything down in that. My goal this week is to make sure I'm drinking enough water every day because I've been slacking a bit.
