I love this week, seeing how much weight people lose, and especially as it's always such a surprise for newbies and those who feared that this WOE wouldn't work!

I hope you've all seen good results.

If you haven't - don't despair, but have a think about the week just gone. Look at what you were eating/drinking and consider how well you followed Bootcamp rules.

Any problems, as ever, post them on the thread.

Hi there. Can I join? Been doing the 5:2 as a WOL but find that I am at a standstill. Sure its the carbs. Can someone give me an idea of what to eat?? Thanks :)

Come and join us on the Week 3 thread (link a couple of posts ago).

Read the info in the Slreadsheet that the OP links to. If you really want to do a lot of reading, you can go back and read the Week 1 thread (and its overflow thread Shock) but otherwise just jump straight in.

Best to do the 1st two weeks "strict" Boot Camp, so ignore the fact that some of those on Week 3 are now Boot Camp Lite and having the odd nuts, almond flour, berries and (dry) alcohol. But many are staying on the stricter 1st 2 weeks of the Rules.
