Here's the Spreadsheet

I love this week, seeing how much weight people lose, and especially as it's always such a surprise for newbies and those who feared that this WOE wouldn't work!

I hope you've all seen good results.

If you haven't - don't despair, but have a think about the week just gone. Look at what you were eating/drinking and consider how well you followed Bootcamp rules.

Any problems, as ever, post them on the thread.

6.2lbs off. Glad I kept on keeping on. Gives me an incentive for the week ahead. Well done everyone and thanks for sharing your journey with us all. Flowers for BIWI and the bootcamp team.

wow some amazing loses this morning.

I've had a scales disaster which has seen me walking around my house naked with my scales swearing a lot. My starting weight was 163.8 and all week I've weighed in the same spot in my bedroom. Only it was on a wobbly bit of floorboard I think, which explains why it has been taking ages to arrive at a decision.
In all other parts of the house I weigh 173.8Shock And it's not humming and harring about it either. I'm blimming gutted as I know I've lost, but don't know what my starting weight actually was. Everything is loose though and I have been following rules to the letter, well ok a few more glasses of water needed here and there but on the whole a brilliant week.

So I have changed my starting weight to what it is today and will go from there, 10lbs up from what I thought I was! But never mind I know I've lost weight, feel much better so koko.
Thanks Biwi and everyone loving the thread it really, really helps.

1lb down this week so 8 in the last 2. I'm happy with this as I am due on tomorrow (usually gain a couple around this time of the month) and I haven't gone to the toilet in 6 days Blush, this isn't that unusual for me but does mean I tend to lose a lot when I do go

Struggled keeping up with the thread this weekend but a couple of you mentioned c25k and I would definitely advise going for it, it worked really well for me. I struggled with yesterday's run, my legs just felt really heavy, hopefully this will be better tonight when I go.

The difference a year of bootcamp made. First photo was taken 21 May 2017, the day before I started BC. It's a very rare full length photo of me. The second was taken yesterday in JL fitting rooms. All I can say is thank you.

The weight difference is 5 stone. Dress size 24 to 12.

2lb off for me this week. I was hoping for a little more, as I've stuck to the rules food-wise. I think I've probably still been a bit under ideal on the water though, so will get on top of that this week.

@BIWI - thank you for all of your help with this.

@maxthemartian - not sure I can offer advice on this other than to sip water slowly - don't gulp it down all at once - during the day. I try to drink most of my water allocation by late afternoon. I still get up during the night, though.

5lbs lighter today! And I'm in another stone bracket. So chuffed.
Got sunburnt on Saturday so I haven't slept well the past two nights and I'm grumpy with a bad headache. Today's weigh-in has cheered me up no end though.

Well done to everyone else on fantastic losses. Star

No weighing for me as still on holiday. Managing 95%+ lchf which is fab considering lots of meals out etc.

3lb down for me, I've not been hitting water targets so I'm delighted with this. 2 inches off my waist though so the bloating is definitely going - I'm delighted.

Well done on all on completing first week and all the losses.
cherries congrats on your weight loss anniversary, you're some woman, you look amazing in the pic, love the hair too.

I'm down 1.5, which I'm delighted with, it brings my total to 25lb, the two stone mark is in sight and will hopefully be hit in the next few weeks.

I feel your pain!! I realised my wobbly scales were out at the weekend. I’m gutted as I know I’ve lost but I just don’t know how much! Two weeks ago I was 5lbs heavier than my new flat floored weight, likely more than 5 since I weighed on the wonky floor, so I’m deffo 5 down. But It’s so frustrating!!! Especially as not a jot of bread, rice, pasta, biscuits or cake etc etc passes my lips!
So like you, I’m ‘starting’ from my new number - grrrrrr though!

I can’t update the spreadsheet so I’ll just post on here what’s happened during the week.

Just had rolled ham with philly for breakfast

5lbs on "official boot camp" but 7 overall as i started on the Thursday previously.

Thanks, Rshard, June, Bert, Twoo, and waswitty - have followed advice and moved around gently - mainly via involved trip to pharmacy - and am now a little straighter than I was! Still pondering how to get myself AND a mug outside at the same time though.

Flowers to all those amazing losses! And double Flowers to those who don't have tangible results yet - it will come.

I'm confusing myself. When I started BC i was 12st3. I am now 11st 11. Which is 172.2lbs and 155.5lbs respectively. The spreadsheet is saying I've lost 17lbs?! Am I converting the amounts wrong, because that's not right....??

Morning and thanks BIWI!

I was doing boot camp light last week because I was stomach ill + a really bad period this time around. Even my OH remarked that it had been tumultuous.

I’m away on a trip this week and will continue boot camp light for now because I really don’t know what the food will be like. It’s a girls’ trip and we’re supposed to be spending some time at the beach but I don’t have any sense of plans or outings. The rest of the group is really loosey goosey so I’m going with the flow and will try my best. My stomach is still a bit wonky too.

Last week I focused on trying to up my water intake and managed to get back up to 2.5L at one point.

Could someone please enter 175.2lbs in the spreadsheet for me? I’m on a bus to our destination and can’t edit the spreadsheet. Thank you! I’m sure I’ve lost more as I actually weighed myself at 2am because our bus was leaving at 3:30am! I’ve since “lost” some weight. Grin I’ll do a proper weigh in next Monday. Good luck everyone and I'll try to check in more this week!
