Morning all

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness, for its final outing

Hopefully everyone will have seen a loss this final week. Let me know how much you've lost overall!

ilovecherries · 01/01/2018 19:21

Hi @Creamswirls

Here are my thoughts:

Dairy
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Mature Cheddar
Cottage Cheese
Greek Style Natural Yogurt
12 Large Free Range Eggs
Semi Skimmed Milk

You should be limiting the amount of milk you're drinking, as it can get carby quickly - and go for whole rather than semi-skimmed, so that you get more fat

Meat/Fish
Beef Medallion Steak
Raw Peeled King Prawns
Diced Beef
Diced Chicken Breast
Chicken Breast Fillets
Finely Sliced Oven Baked Dry Cured Ham

This looks OK, but beware you're not just choosing lower fat cuts of meat. So with the beef, you don't say what cut - shin is better than braising steak, for example - and with the chicken, you should be going for thigh rather than breast, and definitely skin on!

Fruit
Gala Apples
Sweetclems
Frozen for Freshness Berry Medley

No fruit for the first two weeks of Bootcamp, and then only berries.

Nuts
Golden Sunrise Seed Fruit & Nut Mix
Properly Pepped Up Protein Mix
Almond Shot
Cashew Shot

Be really careful here! First, nuts aren't allowed in the first two weeks of Bootcamp. And second, dried fruit is really carby. Definitely not allowed in Bootcamp at all.

I have no idea what the shot things are, or what the protein thing is, but unless you know the carbs, I'd definitely avoid - certainly for the first two weeks of Bootcamp

Veg
Iceberg Lettuce
Ripe & Ready Medium Avocados
Babycorn
Sugarsnap Peas
Frozen for Freshness Broccoli Florets
Courgettes
Frozen for Freshness Cauliflower Florets
Chestnut Mushrooms
Washed Baby Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes

This is all OK - but keep a look out for other low carb veg too, like celery, celeriac, leeks, cucumber, etc

Another one here who has definitely felt the sugar addiction spiral again. Gently eased myself back onto LC today with a moderate carb intake (

@BIWI Thank you so much! I didn't realise that about the cuts of meat, I'd never have contemplating getting thighs before. The nut 'shots' are just little packets of nuts (silly name huh!) so I will give those to DH along with the dried fruit Smile Ditto the fruit. I'm so glad I checked and thank you for taking the time to go through it.

I'm back on the wagon and in ketosis again. Only took a day and a half for ketosis to kick in.

I so need the upcoming bootcamp. A few carbs over Christmas have led to crazy cravings and massive hunger. Still i know i can stick to it well as did it from May to the start of December. Quite annoyed with myself really but the crap food was tempting but so not worth it.
