Afternoon all.

Really sorry for starting the new thread so late - I had an early start this morning, and travel problems meant I didn't have to time to set this up before my first meeting.

Anyway, here's the spreadsheet.

Good luck in this last week!

Good luck tomorrow everyone with your final weigh-ins. Mine will be Tuesday. Food today for me:
No breakfast just a coffee
Lunch was 2 fried eggs and 1 slice of Gouda wrapped in ham and fried. Coffee
Dinner at Carluccios, sharing a deli meats and other bits and pieces (caponata, artichoke, olives) board with DH who also had bread, sparkling water 1 coffee
Snack later some cheese and cherry tomatoes, water

And will also wish all of you who celebrate the festive season a very happy and peaceful Christmas and New Year. See you on 2 Jan unless this thread or some other will carry on from tomorrow until the 2nd. I’ll look out for one. 🍾🍾

ilovecherries · 17/12/2017 22:01

Mozart, this thread will carry on till the new bootcamp starts. OldBooks, I was just thinking about you today and wondering if you'd name changed s hadn't seen you here for ages. Welcome back :)

ilovecherries · 17/12/2017 22:03

My NSV - today I'm wearing a size 12(!!!!!) sweater dress. A few months ago a 22 was tight. I got quite tearful when I put it on and it fitted.

OldBooks · 17/12/2017 22:06

Thanks ilove - congrats on the size 12! I see you have been KOKOing Grin

BIWI · 17/12/2017 22:06

You have made amazing progress, ilovecherries! Flowers

And there have been so many other people who have done brilliantly. I take my hat off to you all.

ilove. That's fabulous, well done!

oldbooks. Good to see you back!

Nearly succumbed to some chocolate Yule log today , I think this was the most temepted I've been since I started in Jan. What really kept me going was the thought of seeing a 13 on the scales for my final weigh in this bootcamp!

starsky22 · 17/12/2017 23:14

Hi oldbooks I'd wondered where you'd gone, good to have you back!

I think my weight will be up in the morning, stomach is feeling very bloated and uncomfortable, think I could do with a movement!

Well done ilove I remember your posts when I first joined and how impressed I was that you stuck to bootcamp on holiday and then you were disappointed that you'd only lost a couple of pounds whilst away, which I thought was a major achievement as id put on half a stone the last time I went away! (Going to be really awkward if I've misremembered and that wasn't you!) Your dedication has been really inspiring and certainly helped me on my journey, so thank you!

Gammeldragz · 18/12/2017 00:52

wombat best wishes for your surgery/treatment.
old books welcome back! All is forgiven.
ilove awesome NSV, you've done so well.

Hippadippadation · 18/12/2017 06:32

OldBooks I was wondering where you'd got to. Good to see you back.

wombat unmumsnetty hugs and healing vibes.

Just "weighing in" with my scales recommendation. I have these Etekcity ones, they don't do anything fancy but measure your weight, but they are the most accurate and non-varying I have found. www.amazon.co.uk/Etekcity-Precision-Technology-Measuring-Backlight/dp/B01GDXF06G/ref=sr_1_3_s_it?s=drugstore&keywords=etekcity+scale&tag=mumsnetforum-21&ie=UTF8&qid=1513578687&sr=1-3

Almahart · 18/12/2017 06:35

ilove RESPECT to you!!

Two pounds on but tbh wasn't even pretending over the weekend. Will go back to BC this week. It's really the drinks and mince pies at friends houses that I break BC for and that's fine. Still sticking to it at home.

I've absolutely loved this boot camp. Thank you all Flowers

Rshard · 18/12/2017 06:48

Superbly NSV ilove!

Another one weighing in tomorrow but best of luck to everyone weighing in today. This boot camp has been amazing, I’ve enjoyed it so much!

FurryTurnip · 18/12/2017 07:11

Amazing Ilovecherries, what an achievement, wear that size 12 with great pride!

1.5lbs off for me, so a total of 16lbs this bootcamp, taking me to under my goal if 10.10 to allow for a little maintenance creepage.

I have really enjoyed the bootcamp, the amazing support, the humour and the ideas. Most definitely couldn't have done it without you all, have tried endlessly for the last 6 years.

Am very happy with the weight loss, feel like 'me' again, but far more happy with the control I feel I have regained over food, I don't obsess anymore, I don't crave food any more, I very rarely emotionally eat. I am more mentally and emotionally stable. (nowhere near fully of course, that takes a hell of a lot more than reducing carbs but it's a start!)

Maintenance starts today! Hope to see you all in the other thread at some point because you will all get there, whether it takes weeks or months you will do it. Good luck everyone!

Gammeldragz · 18/12/2017 07:40

Nothing off for me, but still 7lb off this bootcamp which isn't bad considering I have been doing it all year. Still more than .5lb a week, which is all I am realistically aiming for now. Hoping for a tiny whoosh before I start my Christmas food fest...

BIWI · 18/12/2017 07:48

. Final weigh-in and chat thread is here .

oldbooks !!!!!

I'll be moving on to the new thread now....

Cherrypi · 18/12/2017 11:52

1lb gain overall. Got to a 7lb loss at one point but put it back on as Christmas events started. I have discovered a love of celeriac though and that I don’t need to have breakfast in the morning. Thanks to all the people running this thread.

twinkledag · 18/12/2017 17:51
