Afternoon all.

Really sorry for starting the new thread so late - I had an early start this morning, and travel problems meant I didn't have to time to set this up before my first meeting.

Anyway, here's the spreadsheet.

Good luck in this last week!

Well done on reaching target furry Star

I've lost 1lb this week, which means I've lost 1 stone during this bootcamp and I'm back to what I weighed when I got married. I'm actually 3lbs under my target, wasn't expecting to keep losing, but it does give me a bit of wiggle room for maintenance.

Frigglet · 12/12/2017 01:18

Hi all, I’m posting for yesterday and will post again tomorrow for tomorrow 😀. Great well done for everyone making the change and making it all the way to here. For losses, Big, small or not at all this week.

Well I’m still on BC but struggling to drink as much water as I should, but definitely trying.

2lb loss this week, but I still feel that I’m owed a whoosh so I’ll do egg fast this week and see what the scales say come Monday.

NSVs for me were compliments from colleagues at work Christmas lunch in how slim I look. Yay! I had crab and salmon salad starter and lamb shank with green beans. The potatoes weren’t the slightest bit tempting- as I think I make better ones 😀 and I didn’t have dessert.

Saturday was another party. Went with very good and old friend, whose jaw literally dropped when I backed off my coat. Said I look amazing! I don’t think I’m at ‘amazing’ stage, but I’ll definitely take that!!

I don’t feel food deprived, but thinking how to make Christmas work for me and will post my menu later in the week.Cant believe only one more weigh in. Koko, this has truly been an important turning of a corner for me.

JumpingintoLCHF · 12/12/2017 04:12

Please can someone log 240 for me? Cheers.

FurryTurnip · 12/12/2017 07:12

Well done Starsky, a stone is a great achievement, and very nice to have 3lbs wiggle room.

Congratulations Frigglet on the NSV, I'd be thrilled with that comment. I am slightly miffed that no one has commented on my weight loss, but seeing a friend today I've not seen since starting bootcamp so hoping she will notice! I'm not usually bothered but would be nice...

Good luck to all those weighing in today!

Yesterday's celeriac and Stilton dauphinoise was gorgeous but I may have eaten almost the whole thing. Stomach a bit ropey this morning!

Thiswillbemyusername · 12/12/2017 07:19

Placemarking on new thread. Was 9st 8.5 yesterday. Don't think I'll get to 9.7 again it won't budge

prettybird · 12/12/2017 08:34

Posted on the wrong thread Blush I was on the app and thought I was on this one. So here's my post again:

Need to get on to the laptop to log this week's 1.5lb loss: down to 12 stone 3lb. (Still to log last week's 12 stone 4.5lb Hmm)

I might just break into the 11 stone somethings by Christmas I'm going to do my damnedest. Xmas Grin

First I have to get through my "Pilates Class Christmas Lunch" tomorrow Xmas Shock

Well done everyone for the positivity that exudes on this thread, whether still trying to lose, accepting that they are STS, consciously going onto maintenance and preparing practically and psychologically for the Christmas period Xmas Smile

BlackMozart · 12/12/2017 09:53

I’ve put on a 1lb but as I didn’t weigh last week (foolish won’t do that again) I don’t know whether it was worse the previous week and this is back in the right direction or whether it’s the other way around. Either way I feel really annoyed with myself for the red wine drunk this weekend and the lack of water drinking. Food wise I am on it so it feels like I have no wriggle room at all. Sigh. Think in the New Year I might have to add some intermittent fasting or something. Have had a few days when i’ve Not started eating until midday so maybe 16:8. We’ll see. ☹️

Rshard · 12/12/2017 10:27

Posting a 2lb loss this week, so really happy with that. I agree with pp that the support on this thread has helped me so much. There's always someone with an idea, a word of support, a gently wagging finger. Bring on the last week of boot camp!

BIWI · 12/12/2017 10:42

This Bootcamp has been tremendous! (I think I might have said that about the last one as well Grin)

But the losses have been great and your stories truly inspiring. I am in awe of all of you.

I was thinking, next week when we do the final weigh-in, as well as your last week's loss (hopefully there will be one!), it would be illuminating to also add your overall loss for the whole 10 weeks.

For all those waverers, lurkers and newbies considering it, it would really help them to see the beauty and brilliance of low carbing!

Rshard · 12/12/2017 11:31

It has BIWI, but without you and sayyra and wombatto, (apologies to anyone I’ve missed) none of us would be here. So a huge thanks to you all!!

I’ve learned a lot about myself in the last ten weeks and have made some major changes. Oh and I’ve lost weight!

Almahart · 12/12/2017 11:44

Ooh that gives me an incentive to lose another pound which I think would make a stone!

BrassicaBabe · 12/12/2017 11:59

Well, 0.6 off. But still 1.2 to go to see the all time low of a fortnight ago. Going to try a few days of strict BC to see if I can go out on a high!

FurryTurnip · 12/12/2017 12:46

Well done pretty , Rshard and Brassica! And anyone else I missed.

Also sending thanks to BIWIand those of regulars who are so supportive. Without sounding OTT this bootcamp has been life changing, and the weight loss is a bonus.

Good luck for the final push everyone! I saw a mega low on the scales this morning, I think the chia seeds have erm...got things moving a bit more.

Today:

B: Chia porridge with nuts, berries and cream
L: omelette with kale
D: will be saag paneer and cauliflower rice

Rshard · 12/12/2017 13:09

Thanks furry. Was all set to mak chia porridge this morning but my almond milk was out of date. So annoyed. Tomorrow.

Hippadippadation · 12/12/2017 13:40

Well done everyone!

Drum roll please bootcampers.... I'M AT GOAL. 117 this morning. Celebrating with a nice big bowl of cuminy buttery roasted cauliflower and broccoli. I've been lax on bootcamp the past week or so, not being carby twat, just having the higher carb fruit & veg (and a bit of milk chocolate, aaahhhhh) so I'm not quite sure how it's happened.

I don't know whether to try for a couple of lbs more to give me some wiggle room for xmas.

ASDismynormality · 12/12/2017 13:51

Well done hippa!

Rshard · 12/12/2017 14:07

Nice job hippa

Almahart · 12/12/2017 14:41

Amazing Hippa!!

ilovecherries · 12/12/2017 15:06

Sts this week and can feel the impetus fading away.... I have a week left of bootcamp then we are away for three days visiting friends and family and eating out. Eating low carb has become natural so I expect I'll stick to quite a lot of the principles

Scabbersley · 12/12/2017 18:36

Yay, hippa!

Grimbles · 12/12/2017 20:11

Went out for dinner after work today. dessert was included but it was so sugary I couldn't eat much of it. Pretty sure I am not going to be wanting anything sweet for a loooong time.

Hopefully not done too much damage on the weight gain front! Fasted all day and may have a little snack soon.

D. Turkey, broccoli, carrots, cabbage. Pavlova with berry coulis and whipped cream.

Grimbles · 12/12/2017 20:12

Congrats hills!
