Afternoon all.

Really sorry for starting the new thread so late - I had an early start this morning, and travel problems meant I didn't have to time to set this up before my first meeting.

Anyway, here's the spreadsheet.

Good luck in this last week!

Well done losers and goal reachers. But of a break for me this past week as birthday and two xmas events. Will be keeping carbs low over xdmas and back on it in new year.

FurryTurnip · 12/12/2017 20:26

Well done Hippa!

Rshard · 12/12/2017 20:38

Logging today’s food
B - bacon scrambled eggs avo
L - feta salad mayo
D - hm chicken curry with courgette

BlackMozart · 12/12/2017 20:49

Really well done Hippa. 👏

starsky22 · 12/12/2017 21:08

Fantastic hippa well done! Star

Kleptronic · 12/12/2017 22:17

Well in Hippa!

blackteaplease · 13/12/2017 05:48

Well done hippa, that's a fantastic achievement.

Yesterday's food was
berries and yogurt, 2x coffee
snack of cheese
lunch pastry ( hasty purchase in a tiny window to grab something)
snack pork scratchings
dinner was better than lunch, the meat and sauce from a balti read meal with mushroom cauliflower rice

Hippadippadation · 13/12/2017 07:58

Thanks everyone. I'm really confused about what to do now! I don't want to go back to eating bread, pasta etc, so I might just gradually increase portions until I find my sweet spot. I might introduce beans and see what happens too.

Food plan for today:
B - was hungry this morning so had a bit of yoghurt
L - not sure, will be out, will take a babybel
D - stir fry with barenaked noodles (never tried them before, quite excited!)

Scabbersley · 13/12/2017 08:05

Hippa that daily menu will be a tiny amount of calories. Could be as little as 300 cals??

FurryTurnip · 13/12/2017 08:13

Hippa head over to the bootcamp maintenance thread. There are a few of us on there already who are close to goal, I'm now also under goal and will start maintenance next week I think. Already some good ideas on there of how to maintain, and lots of support.

My carbytwatdom has finally reaped it's revenge, gained 2lb overnight from binging on cakes on Saturday. I'd better behave now

ASDismynormality · 13/12/2017 08:19

Whoop whoop 8 stones gone as of this morning and in the 13's (I will still be happy even if it goes back up a bit by the next weigh in). So bloody pleased!

AveAtqueVale · 13/12/2017 08:45

ASD 8 stone! That’s incredible! Well done!!

I’m shuffling back in after two weeks of weirdness. Had truly appalling tonsillitis last week and all I could bear to do was suck ice lollies, so I did. Then got a bit better but had a planned carby day on Sunday for DS2’s baptism - the party afterwards was an afternoon tea, arranged before I started bootcamp. So was expecting a bit of a gain but actually have had the most appalling D&V since Monday and am now 5lbs down. Am assuming it’s mostly dehydration so will go back on but was a nice number to see on the scales! This morning I’ve risked eating the first thing since Sunday evening which was a few almonds, and they seem to have stayed down, so hoping I’m out the other side. Just wondering if there’s a low carb equivalent to the BRAT diet for a day or two? All I want is toast!

Rshard · 13/12/2017 09:17

Wow ASD, that’s truly amazing!!

Oh ave, that sounds rough, glad to have you back around

Kleptronic · 13/12/2017 09:48

Bloody hell ASD. Respect.

C4rollinandventing · 13/12/2017 09:52

Reporting in from HDU, still struggling to oxygenate myself on room air so we are attempting to wean me off oxygen a little bit at a time. I can safely last for 12 minutes now which is up from 2 minutes yesterday.
Being starved of oxygen isn't very nice, I feel sleepy and confused a lot of the time.

prettybird · 13/12/2017 10:09

Good luck with the "room air" oxygen C4 - hope you recover enough to have a good Christmas at home Xmas Smile

FurryTurnip · 13/12/2017 10:16

Wow ASD, that's incredible, what am inspiration!

C4 take care and keep on breathing that air.

ilovecherries · 13/12/2017 12:00

ASD, well done. You are a total inspiration to me.

ASDismynormality · 13/12/2017 12:03

Thanks all for your lovely comments, makes the weightloss even more meaningful Flowers

blackteaplease · 13/12/2017 12:41

ASD what a phenomenal achievement!

SoMuchToBits · 13/12/2017 12:49

That's brilliant ASD, that's a whole small person's worth of weight!

I have survived the band Christmas end of term buffet, consuming only a small glass of mulled wine, some crudités and dips, cheese and tomatoes on sticks and a cocktail sausage. Managed to avoid all the sausage rolls, mince pies, cheese straws, gingerbread men, shortbread biscuits etc. Xmas Smile

Rshard · 13/12/2017 12:58

Keep breathing c4!

Well done somuch, ours is next Monday. I’m contributing low carb food so will be sticking to that.

SoMuchToBits · 13/12/2017 13:03

Rshard, I contributed the cheese and tomatoes on sticks, so I knew there would be something I could eat! Xmas Wink And also, if there was any left, I didn't have to take home carby stuff.

I have a friend coming round for a cup of tea this afternoon, but I'm now quite blasé about handing out the biscuits and not eating any myself!
