Morning all Flowers

Here's the spreadsheet of fabulousness for you all

Many thanks to wombattoo and SayrraT for keeping the threads going while I was away.

Lots of people talking about how to deal with future events, especially Christmas, and this is something that's really important to think about. This is a tough time of year for low carbing. But it's also a tough time of year if you can't squeeze into your partywear - so you need to decide which is more important. Those roast potatoes or looking good Wink

Good luck everyone

Yes to helping with Jan as long as BIWI doesn't mind. I think it will be more of a self guided BC maybe? I'll still do the spreadsheet

Hi all
B: leftover fathead pizza
L: big salad with tuna and that delouis mayo which is AMAZING
D: meatballs and cheese and salad

Had a couple of squares of dark chocolate

Really hoping for a loss tomorrow.

AveAtqueVale · 19/11/2017 19:08

Too. Much. Celeriac.

Envy < not envy.

Food mixed today

Berries and ff yoghurt for breakfast
Salted almonds as snack
Salmon and mushrooms for lunch
Dinner was celeriac rosti which was yum and which I am going to have every roast dinner now including Christmas Day

But had four squares of dark chocolate still hanging round from my birthday. All gone now

Will be grateful if haven't gained too much this week after my pizza yesterday and going for a big loss next week

Evening all - have just tried to quickly catch up on thread. This week has flown by so I was just checking in really to say I am still here - KOKO.
Weighed mid week and had STS - but wasn't a surprise as I had a few celebrations for my birthday and although I did stick to low carb is wasn't virtuous enough to expect a loss.
I am at a point now where eating low carb is totally my normality but I think I need to watch out as am getting a bit complacent.. portions , water , dairy and wine !
Good luck to everyone weighing in tomorrow
DH cooking Nigellas meatza tonight - yum !

Oh yeah I meant to check in as well. It’s not been a great weekend- I went to a charity cake sale and a chocolate festival yesterday which was an unnecessary challenge! I then went to visit my grandma today and was force fed half a scone. I need to work on my ability to resist old ladies with cake.

Yesterday
B- yoghurt and raspberries
S- small piece of ginger cake
L- cheese and leek quiche and salad (no crust)
S- quite a lot of small samples of dark chocolate and chocolate flavoured booze!
D- chilli no beans with half an avocado

Today
B- half avocado, ham, cheese, cream cheese
L- ham and cheese salad
S- half a scone
D- roast dinner, no potatoes but some swede and parsnip. Keto Yorkshire puddings

The keto Yorkshire’s were amazing. Highly recommend. They use arrowroot instead of flour.

I’m not expecting a loss this week- too much cheating. I’m hoping for a sts though.

Hello, hello all! Not posted for a few days but I’m bringing up the rest and still very much here with you all!! Lots has happened this week and I am so amazed by the on-going support. Thank you all.

Such a shame you’re not able to run January’s boot camp BIWI, but totally understand and clinking my glass of sparkling water as a huge cheers for bringing us this far. Bother clink for the offers to run the next boot camp - even to the stick-weilders!! 😀

So, I now have nerves of steel as we head towards another weigh-in...dun, Dun, DUN!!

Still can’t believe how natural this WOE has come to feel. I’m still bootcamping and feeling great, even though I didn’t see a loss last week. I’m pretty sure that my scales must be broken Wink, as my clothes certainly feel loser - and I feel great!!

Good luck all for this week and sending support and hand-holds where needed throughout the thread.

We went to the Eden project today, picnic sandwiches for the family and tuna salad packed for me. We ate lunch quickly in the car park before walking down to save carrying bags only to find I had forgotten the cutlery.

Its really tricky and quite messy eating tuna mayo with your fingers :)

Checking in here too, I have managed to stay more positive for the last few days after letting off steam on here last week.

B cheese omelette 1 egg with spinach, mushrooms, butter
L celery, pate, cheese, pork pie minus crust
D chilli with salad, sour cream, guacamole and half a dorito Blush.
Three cups of almond milk tea.

Not enough water - finding this quite problematic at the weekend as out and about such a lot. Back on it tomorrow.

Grah0SoontobeaFitty · 20/11/2017 02:01

If you have toast chew it have a small swallow of the butter and spit the bread out. No need to swallow the texture and feeling are the bit you looking for. Then have salad

Veryflummoxed · 20/11/2017 06:59

@Grah0SoontobeaFitty I do that if I have to taste something (because I’m cooking or the children have been)

Fell asleep yesterday before I’d posted.
Lunch celery stick with almond butter in. Cheddar cheese. Hm coleslaw.
Dinner. Cottage pie with celeriac topping broccoli cauliflower and green beans. Not as good on water today as out where toilet going was not convenient (no pun intended)

I also had a boot camp dream last night which involved; street parties, a restaurant and bakery no longer there, children throwing cake from upstairs windows of said restaurant, buying a gift wrapped tea set, refusing food at street party - then forgetting and eating from a tray of cream fancies the restaurant brought us so we wouldn’t complain about the cake throwing.
