Morning campers Flowers

Here's the SoF

From last week's thread it sounds like most people are managing to stick on track for most of the time, which is great.

We have four full weeks left, so still time to make a big difference.

Hope this week goes well.

Thanks for the new thread @BIWI.

I'm only place-marking today, won't actually be able to weigh until tomorrow.

Good luck everyone! Flowers

Morning BIWI and everyone Smile Smile

I’ve had a difficult week, including one very, very bad day where I was a carby twat. I tried to limit how twatty I was though, and it could have been a lot worse!

I’ve not drunk nearly enough water for the past week either. It’s just been one of those really bleh weeks where it’s all about one foot in front of the other, you know?

But, I’m still positive overall. I am at 147 lbs which I believe is a gain. But it’ll go again at some point. Please could one of you kind people add that to the spreadsheet?

KOKO and good luck on the weigh-ins today!

SayrraT · 20/11/2017 07:40

Morning, just a wee place mark.

ponygirlcurtis · 20/11/2017 07:41

Thanks for the new thread BIWI. I am registering a sts - I have bounced up, bounced down and now my period has started with a vengeance so I will just drink lots of water this week. Low mood has made this week challenging but I have stuck with it (even in the face of making truffles for work). But two small carby twatdom moments yesterday, my only ones so far - both unplanned, both v much enjoyed and neither sent me spiralling so drawing a line and moving on.

JumpingIntoLCHF · 20/11/2017 07:47

244 for me if someone could add it please. Slowly edging down.

GailLondon · 20/11/2017 08:09

Morning! Only a tiny 0.2 loss this week, was expecting that as I had a woosh last week.
I'm 10st 13.4 now, its been so nice to see that 10 on the scales all week!
It made it all seem a bit more real, the first few pounds I lost it felt like, "oh well, thats a bit of water weight, nothing significant", but now I add it up and its 15lbs alltogether! From 12stone to a 10 something! Felt like an actual significant shift

Rshard · 20/11/2017 08:13

Thanks for the new thread BIWI. Another one weighing in tomorrow.

Well done on being in the 10’s gail, hoping to see it myself tomorrow

Wh0KnowsWhereTheTimeG0es · 20/11/2017 08:16

Well, 3lb down if I count from last Mon, but Mon was an upward blip so if I count from last Tue it's 1.6lb down, either way I'm happy with it Smile

Scabbersley · 20/11/2017 08:17

Very relieved with a 2lb loss this week. No major transgressions to report. I've kicked my latte habit and replaced them with americanos with cream, at home I am drinking coffee with almond milk and a few drops of cream. I've cut down to 2 coffees a day.

My palpitations, if that's what they are have been almost constant. I am trying to get an appointment with GP to get blood pressure etc done.

Quite tempted by a protein roll this week. Does anyone know the actual carbyness?

HolgerDanske · 20/11/2017 08:24

Scabbers I think it’s 10g for a whole roll, if I remember correctly.

Kleptronic · 20/11/2017 08:27

Sts at 151lb. I can feel an egg fast coming on. I so want to see the 40's before Xmas.

Kleptronic · 20/11/2017 08:28

I think it's 8.5g per roll Scabbers.

chocdog · 20/11/2017 08:35

Well done all you losers. I'm envious. My weight has gone up but I did buy new digital scales this week. Hoping to see a little loss by next Monday to cheer me up and reassure me that I'm still on track.

ilovecherries · 20/11/2017 08:38

STS this week, which is a pita as I've been low everything :carbs/fat/protein/calories. My TMJ is totally miserable. I'm seeing a physio today who will hopefully manage to pry my jaw open a bit. :(

ASDismynormality · 20/11/2017 08:43

Only 0.5lbs of, need to lose another 0.75 to get to the 100s! I need a whoosh!

prettybird · 20/11/2017 08:44

Only weighing in formally after I've done my Ripped DVD and had a BM Blush but initial signs are looking good for continued downwards progress Smile

blatant place mark Wink

Well done everyone for KOKO - especially those who have been struggling Flowers

Veryflummoxed · 20/11/2017 08:50

@ilovecherries SadFlowers
@chocdog New scales almost bound to made a difference I’d say.

Well done and good luck and KOKO to everyone

I am very very happy this morning. At last I can report a loss, 2pounds down. This was thanks to drinking all my water (which I’d not been doing) cutting back the dairy (though not deliberately), and not having seconds. Could someone add me please.

YoLoNovVitMe · 20/11/2017 08:54

Down 1.5 lbs this week. Very happy since earlier in the week was really bloated for no reason, haven't had enoigh water and I've had a slippery weekend sugar was partaken but I may see the pain of that in the week. I wanted to see what would happen and I felt woozy and weird. That's a sugar high for you! Then of course I felt hungry and ate two dinners 3 hours apart. Blush

TimbuktuTimbuktu · 20/11/2017 09:30

Hmm. Parents scales give me an unlikely 4.5lb loss this week which I have logged temporarily. They absolutely can’t be right though as that is a bit insane especially considering all the cake!

I’ll weigh again tomorrow morning and see if I can get a more consistent result. Sadly I suspect it’s gonna be a sts!

StuntNun · 20/11/2017 09:52

I'm up a pound today after a whole lot of sabotage by DH at the weekend. Hmm He's away on business from tomorrow for a few days so I'll be able to have a few stricter days to make up for it.

Gammeldragz · 20/11/2017 10:13

I'm up a pound and a half after a weekend of carbytwatness - planned and enjoyed. Though I didn't enjoy the sick feeling, the tiredness, the bloating or this morning's awful wind! I'd sts for a while prior to this so hoping a carb refeed jolts me out of that. Planning to be strict and drink all the water this week.

Scabbersley · 20/11/2017 10:16

off to the nurse in a minute to get blood pressure etc done. will report back and will tell her about this WOE and see what she says!!

Down 4llbs this week, only 2llbs more to go to hit 2 stone Mark which I am very pleased about. 40th birthday this weekend though so I imagine a fair amount of bouncing up and down the scales will happen! Good luck to all this week, I read and cheer you all on even if I don’t have much time to post at the moment!!

cafeaulaitpourvous · 20/11/2017 10:29

I have had a crap weekend!

I had to teach a course on Saturday and Sunday and it was a bit short notice so I hadn’t ‘got my shit together’

Desperation made me ask a student to get me a macdonalds ( I haven’t ever had one before so I just asked for ‘something ‘) he came back with a burger in a bun and fries, I ate the lot 😢

And then a couple of minutes later I started sneezing, itching and my mouth swelled. I also developed a hoarse voice. I felt like shit. Finished the day and went home - drank a glass of mulled wine with my tea.

Spent that night throwing up

Went back on Sunday to do the second day of the course - but with a proper home made low carb lunch.

What a fuck up

I darent weigh myself today.... I will wait a couple of days

FurryTurnip · 20/11/2017 10:44

Morning all. A 2lb loss for me which I am delighted about as I am finally in the 10 stone bracket where I belong!

Well done to everyone, well done Gail on also hitting the 10s.

The end is near... Bit scared!
