Morning all!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation.

It sounds like there might be some good results, and I'm looking forward to hearing those.

I agree Patapouf last weekend in Paris was a disaster for me!

Today:
B- ff total, cream, cinnamon
L- left over belly pork, green salad with avocado, hm mayo
D- IPD butter chicken, cauliflower

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 23/10/2015 19:42

2 glasses white wineHalloween Wink

Huntthepigsear · 23/10/2015 20:14

Another good day, although I do fancy a G&T tonight to celebrate the fact I don't have any work for the next 9 days.

B - hb egg and avocado
L - left over sausage and salad
D - hm beef burger with celeriac chips and green beans. I only managed one of the five burgers I made and I loved the celeriac chips, they were an excellent alternative to potato chips.
S - ff total yoghurt, 3 coffees with cream.

Huntthepigsear · 23/10/2015 20:15

Tooextra I'm going to pretend I didn't read your post. Grin

LexLoofah · 23/10/2015 21:06

hunt cream off the spoon is perfectly acceptable! I like the extra thick double cream that most supermarkets seem to do

B - 2 fried eggs, mushrooms fried in butter and topped with last few spoonfuls of Boursin, cuppa, creamy coffee
L - aubergine slices roasted, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella & pepperoni served on leaves & spinach with oil and lemon dressing
D - back late, not hungry, DH tucking into pork scratchings, I am having a peppermint tea

in other news, I had some new skinny jeans delivered yesterday - size 12 and they fit perfectly, not bad considering I was squeezing into a size 16 this time last year - I am not going back to cereal & bread

also Helen Browning organic speedy sausages come in a 2 x 100g twin pack 0.8g carbs per 100g pack which has 6 small sausages in them, not bad at all

have a good weekend all

Billionnairewannabe · 23/10/2015 22:22

Stone I'm a shift worker and don't have anything at 5am but then try and eat breakfast at a normal time 7-8. Have found since BCing that having my meals at regular times b 7 L 12ish D 6pm has helped me stick to it.

B - smoked salmon, lettuce Grin tomatoes
L pastry less quiche avocado cucumber
D ham cheese omelette broccoli & asparagus.

Thanks for heads up Lex re choc! Worried that if I add extras I'll fall off the wagon?! I'm in the zone so far and don't want to blow it!

ChesterDrawers · 23/10/2015 22:39

Evening all, today has been ok, apart from one cock up. I was at a friend's earlier and she offered me a gin, so after a bugger of a week I said yes. She then proceeded to use FULL FAT tonic - oh my actual God! It was already poured before I could say no, but I do feel a bit disappointed. That said the rest of my day was ultra LC so I wil not dwell on it or the fact that my full fat tonic drinking friend is tiny

Today looked like this:
B: coffee with cream, BPC
L: prawn salad, olive oil
D: chicken breast wrapped in bacon with blue cheese, avocado in olive oil

AStoneBeforeChristmas · 23/10/2015 22:56

B ff Greek yogurt
L quiche with big salad and coleslaw
S 2 x Babybel
1 tea, 2 coffees and lots of water
Not hungry at tea time - may have a cold coming. Have turned down biscuits and cake today. Hurrah!

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 24/10/2015 04:51

Struggled SO MUCH last night with wanting malteasers. Didn't eat any. Was very proud of myself for withstanding temptation - had cheese and cold sausage instead then went to bed. Chocolate cravings are being particularly noxious this time around. :(

Today:
B = mug of berry tea.
L = cold sausage, lump of cheese and a stick of celery filled with Boursin.
D = not sure yet but likely to be roast turkey breast, possibly the same as last week with the coriander and parmesan crumb.

Was talking to an American friend on FB, she said she has beef jerky as a LC snack - I think I can get it here, is it ok for Bootcamp, does anyone know? Also, is it actually edible? I've always thought it to be about as appetising as eating my old belt, so have never tried it - is it worth it?

BestIsWest · 24/10/2015 09:01

Had a good time last night with friends. The Turkish restaurant was amazing. We had a meze starter to share so I stuck to the tsatsiki and aubergine type dishes and avoided the bread and hummus. Then prawns I pin a garlick tomato sauce. Then a huge platter of meat, lamb and chicken cooked in about 6 different ways. With salad. There was also a huge sharing plate of baklava with ice cream but none passed my lips and I drank water all night. I am still stuffed this morning.

Palomb · 24/10/2015 09:03

My weight has completely sts this week although I feel, and look completely different. Aren't our bodies weird things?!

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 24/10/2015 10:14

Didn't have the turkey tonight after all, I'll do it tomorrow instead.
Had mince thing again, with courgetti (actually courgette fettuci) and mushrooms fried in butter with garlic salt.
I'm really feeling the need for something to have after though - I'm think of maybe just freezing some cream mixed with cinnamon and raw cacao, would that be ok?

SayrraT · 24/10/2015 10:15

Well done thumb and best for resisting Star

Huntthepigsear · 24/10/2015 10:39

Ok, so today is not going to plan. DH had a dog walking accident this morning. Confused
I had to get out of bed to retrieve said dog and then get MIL to look after the DC whilst I met him at A&E. He slipped at the bottom of this little glen area in the park, down lots of steps. He weighs about 18st and the ambulance men struggled to get him up again!
Now waiting to be seen in A&E. Had no breakfast, no water. Managed to buy an americano in Costa and some water and salted pistachios in the shop. I know nuts aren't allowed yet, but there was absolutely nothing else suitable. I've not had them yet, but will see how long we are here. I suspect it'll be a long time...

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 24/10/2015 11:19

Thanks Sayrra :)

Hunt - yeowch! Your poor DH, that must have really hurt. Sorry it's throwing you out of kilter though. Hope your DH is ok.

BestIsWest · 24/10/2015 11:51

Hope your DH is ok.

Tiredemma · 24/10/2015 11:55

So sorry- (and kick me out if you must!!)

can I join?

Im 65kg today (and was 65kg last week anyway........)

SayrraT · 24/10/2015 11:59

Of course you can join. Take a look at the rules (BIWI) has linked the spreadsheet in the OP, the rules are on there. You can also add your name and weight (in lbs, there is a convertor on the spreadsheet) if you want. Just add it to the bottom of the list of names and I will sort it later.

Tiredemma · 24/10/2015 12:01

Great- fabulous.

Thanks

Will read the rules and have a look at other info on the net to help me (and of course check in here)

DartmoorDoughnut · 24/10/2015 14:38

Managed to say no to fresh bread today, disgustingly proud of myself as a result Grin

DartmoorDoughnut · 24/10/2015 14:40

Stupid phone posted before I was finished!

B-cheese omelette
L-chicken soup
D-sausage casserole with tinned tomatoes and squash with something green

BIWI · 24/10/2015 16:00

Hello all!

Travelling day yesterday. Food on the plane was really very good - but in no way was it low carb. However, no point stressing about it - I enjoyed it. But it did mean that I threw caution to the wind and ate what I wanted for dinner.

There's always an egg station at the breakfast buffet so I had. Cheese omelette for breakfast. I can tell that I had a carby day yesterday because I've been ravenously hungry today.

Trying to stick to rum and soda but a group of women are seriously tormenting me here, by the pool, with their chocolate and rum milkshakes ...

Hunt your poor DH! Best wishes. Don't beat yourself up about the nuts, needs must and all that.

Yesterday I had creamy coffee for brekkie. Lunch was 1/2 an avocado (needed using up) with a tbsp salsa, a wee bit shredded chicken and some grated cheddar mixed through. Eaten on cucumber crackers. Had a creamy coffee and a piece of cheddar in the garden centre later afternoon. Dinner was 1/4 of a fathead pizza I had stowed in the freezer (was making hm pizza with my daughter and nephews).

Today I had a creamy coffee, lots of water. Some left over pepperoni with hm tomato sauce (from the pizzas). Not sure about tea yet.

ShebaQueen · 24/10/2015 16:20

So sorry to hear about your DH Hunt, hope he is ok and you are home soon.

Waves back to BIWI, I'm very jealous, it's pouring down here and cocktails by the pool sounds perfect. I know what you mean about spirits and soda, I tried to stick to vodka and soda on holiday in August, but it was so bland, even with a twist of lime.

My food today so far, cheese and spinach omelette for breakfast and a massive tuna salad with mayo for lunch. Glugging water like mad and am going out for dinner tonight but have already checked the menu online and made my choices (luckily there were plenty of options).

Hope everyone is having a good day.
