Morning all!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation.

It sounds like there might be some good results, and I'm looking forward to hearing those.

Arrrggghhh! I forgot to weigh this morning; will post tomorrow.

TwoflowersLuggage · 19/10/2015 12:48

Just 0.8lb off for me.
I have a lot on at the moment so I'm on more of a BC-lite type WOE (with some spectacular 'fell off the wagon' moments) for the next couple of weeks.

But reading the thread every day has really helped me and at least the weight is going in the right direction, albeit at snail's pace.

Many thanks to all who have posted so far - you've all been a great help!

PseudoBadger · 19/10/2015 13:01

6lb off for me - very happy! Still a few more to go until my lowest BC weight, and then a few more until my ideal so KOKO!

muffinheaven · 19/10/2015 13:22

2.4lb off for me. I was hoping for a little bit more but I came down with a stinking cold towards end of last week and got my period at the weekend so although I haven't gone off the rails and eaten anything I shouldn't, I don't think I've drunk enough water and I've skipped a couple of meals as I felt rubbish. Hoping for a better week this week !
My DD has asked for curry for tea tonight - any ideas if there's a low carb chicken tikka masala recipe on the recipe thread ? It's the only curry I like so thought I could make a low carb version if there is one - thanks

BIWI · 19/10/2015 13:29

Having a period and being ill definitely will have had an impact, muffin. But 2.4lbs is still a very respectable result!

3.5 down for me today. I am very happy.

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 19/10/2015 13:51

Those muffins look nice, BIWI, might have to try them. :)

Billionnairewannabe · 19/10/2015 13:56

Oops in my excitement I posted in the other thread this morning.

But my new fabulous weight watchers scales which show .25 of a lb say I'm done 7 3/4 lb! Thrilled with that, despite a couple of mistakes this week.

Now I'm a true Bootcamper I've got no excuses. Gotta try those muffins BIWI.

Billionnairewannabe · 19/10/2015 13:57

Down not done! Sadly, I'm nowhere near done but do feel I could quite happily enjoy this WOE forever!

ChesterDrawers · 19/10/2015 13:58

3.8lbs off for me this morning, bringing me to my lowest weight in over two years. I've also lost 12lb since September 1 Grin

While I'm thrilled, in honesty I have zero appetite and 'meals' have been few and far between and very dairy and processed meats-based so I know, not ideal cambozola wrapped in crispy bacon, anyone?.

I made some chorizo, leek and ricotta cups (more cheese and meat) and have three with me but I don't think I can stomach them. I did have a coffee with cream for breakfast so that's something and am planning to make salmon wrapped in parma ham with veggies for me and DS for tea as I don't want him to pick up on his crackers mum and her odd eating habits.

readyforno2 · 19/10/2015 15:20

11st 7. First weigh in for me although I've put on a stone in a week.
Food today so far
Scrambled eggs with loads of butter
Cauliflower and broccoli soup with some crispy bacon and double cream.
Dinner will be beef stew with turnip and cauliflower mash.
Probably drank about 1.5l water so far and going to aerobics tonight.

Haven't properly read the thread but well done to all the losers and koko to those who haven't done as well as they had hoped

Huntthepigsear · 19/10/2015 15:58

Ok, I'm old and don't know what a lot of internet speech means as DS1 all too often tells me but what does koko mean?
I keep reading it as cuckoo, but I don't think I'm quite there yet. Grin or even cocoa, but we're not allowed that yet.

readyforno2 · 19/10/2015 16:11

KOKO keep on keeping on
It's not often I can help but have been on these threads for ages

standinginthedoorway · 19/10/2015 16:24

Argh so further to my earlier posts, my 10mo and I went out to the 'Italian restaurant' for lunch with a dear, dear friend who is overdue with her first DC.

So, it turned out to be a pizza restaurant which, I kid you not, did nothing but pizza, sides and drinks. Apparently it's the best pizza place in the UK. I honestly just would have felt like a giant douche bag if I ordered jusy a side salad... so I ordered a pizza Blush. I blush but really, considering the occasion I was not all that sorry at the time that I didn't sit and pick at leaves, and it was pretty yummy... but then I got the WORST headache. I had to stop on the way home for painkillers. It felt like an evil hangover - the kind I only get from tequila, which if you knew me in RL you would know is pretty bad. Is this a thing?? Do I have carb poisoning???

standinginthedoorway · 19/10/2015 16:27

Also I couldn't eat more than half the pizza. Nine times out of ten I would only eat about three quarters or less of a one man pizza anyway in a restaurant but still I think I felt fuller much quicker than usual.

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 19/10/2015 18:15

I'm going with my Sunday lowest 3 pounds weight loss. Up a pound this morning due to natural fluctuation (I hope) so now 179.
I really, really REALLY want to get into the 160's, didn't quite make it last BC. It's not my goal but is some kind of barrier for me. So at least 10lbs over next few weeks.

CharlieSierra · 19/10/2015 19:52

Well done all the losers! I an drawing a veil over my business trip/ weekend in Paris, today is a new day. FF total for breakfast, spinach/avocado/tuna and hm Mayo for lunch, chicken breast wrapped in bacon with leek and cabbage fried in butter for dinner.

CalmYoBadSelf · 19/10/2015 20:09

I'm surprisingly unhungry today which is a huge change for me but a very welcome change Smile

B: 2 rashers bacon, creamy scrambled eggs
L: Curried cauliflower soup with a swirl of cream
T: Salmon in a ginger and lime marinade with cauli mash and mange tout

BestIsWest · 19/10/2015 20:19

Well done to everyone.
Just noting my food today.
Boiled eggs with butter
Caesar salad with no croutons and a piece of cheese.
Salmon fillet with celeriac mash (yuk, too rich and sweet for me)
Small dish Greek yoghurt.

yongnian · 19/10/2015 20:55

Signing in for week 2. 2lb off, good going given I am on the rebound of tring to get and keep that last half stone off....I've been yo-yoking back n forth over this week's particular cusp for ages now (from 12 stone down to 11.12 and back again....and back again....and again!! (repeated falling off the wagon)
Really really going to try hard to keep on track this week and break back through that stubborn cusp.
Rooaaarrrrrr!!! (delivered in a she-ra style)
Good going everyone else!

Huntthepigsear · 19/10/2015 21:00

I had my flu jab today. The nurse asked, before doing it, if I was allergic to eggs. Grin I wanted to tell her that I've eaten so many eggs recently, that I've almost turned into one!
Had a good day. I enjoyed my stir fry: lots of veg with chicken in a ginger, chilli and soy sauce.
Tomorrow's plan is
B - I thought I'd try something different, so I'm having cheese and prosciutto on a green salad with a few tomatoes, with hm vinaigrette. Feels more like a lunch, but I'll give it a go.
L - leftover stir fry
D - think I might try salmon or tuna fish cakes.

Oh, and thanks Ready for telling me what koko means. You learn something new everyday.

CalmYoBadSelf · 19/10/2015 21:27

My salmon tonight was lovely, I can recommend it.

Took 1 tsp crushed garlic, 2 tsp grated ginger, 1tblsp soy sauce, juice of a lime, 1 finely chopped spring onion and a tiny little bit of Splenda. Marinated 4 salmon fillets in it for a while then put a handful of mange tout on a piece of foil, salmon on top, sealed it and baked at 200c for 30 mins. Served on cauliflower rice - YUM Smile

lisbapalea · 19/10/2015 21:36

I also forgot to weigh in today but don't think it would have been a good result. Last week was ridiculous from a work PoV which just meant BC wasn't prioritised as it should have been.

I woke up with new resolve today though, although with zero appetite. Think I might be coming down with something but feel better now than I did this morning. So food today:

B - nothing, which I know is bad
L - salad with coleslaw and a boiled egg
Snack - some cheese wrapped in ham
D - amazing Thai salmon salad - shredded red cabbage, half a carrot, spring onion, pepper, chilli, ginger and coriander on rocket with a dressing made of lime juice, oil. With a fried salmon fillet and chunks of avocado on top. Need to eat that every night for a week I reckon.

DrSayrraT · 19/10/2015 21:40

I DID IT!!!!! Grin

Was more than 4 hours Shock and the day didn't get off to a good start with the shower not working then getting stuck in traffic on the way there but I survived and I'm now Dr SayrraT Grin have some minor corrections to do and that's it.

So happy! I cried when they told me, it was such a relief.
