Morning all!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation.

It sounds like there might be some good results, and I'm looking forward to hearing those.

Congratulations DrSayrra! Wonderful news.

I remembered to weigh myself this morning and have lost 2lb, which I'll take quite happily thank you very much :)

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 20/10/2015 07:24

It's my one year anniversary of LC eating today!

Well done to DrSayrraT

desperatelyseekingamovingdate · 20/10/2015 07:34

Well done DrSayrraT - You must glad that its finally over.

I am giving fasting a bash today - i am 3.5 weeks into BC -BIWI. Grin
My first ever BC i fasted twice a week and lost 1.5st over the 10 weeks, on the BCs i havent fasted my results havent been nearly as impressive. So i am going to give it a whirl. I wont eat now until teatime and i will have 500kcals then - probably a small BPC and a kale and avocado smoothie.

I desperately dont want to have to buy a tent as an xmas dress (again) this year! I am still around 14st and would love to be low 13s by xmas

Have a great day everyone

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 20/10/2015 07:46

Gahhhhh, just to celebrate, the scales have jumped up 4lbs to cancel out all my hard work this week. I know it's water but ffs. Losing weight is soooo hard now. Lost 30 easy, literally as I turned 40 in Feb it's 2 down, one up.

DrSayrraT · 20/10/2015 07:58

Thank you all so much, I'm going to keep my name change for a wee bit until the novelty wears off and I can't wait for the first time someone asks me "Is it Miss or Mrs?" and I can say "It's Doctor actually" Grin

Going to ignore my food for yesterday as I did have some non-BC approved things to celebrate, not much. A cappuccino and a third of a cake since I had to drive then I had a LC (ish) dinner in a restaurant with my supervisors and examiners when I had delicious lamb cutlets on a celeriac and sweet potato mash.

Well done on the weight losses I've seen recorded here and on the spreadsheet. Really well done Star

Natural sorry about that Sad you've been LCing long enough though to know that this is a blip and it will be gone by next week if you KOKO.

HairsprayQueen · 20/10/2015 08:20

Congrats DrSayrra!

Can't keep up with thread at all so weekly updates might be it, lost 2.6lbs this week.

At the stage I now recognise from previous lc endeavours where I get to this week (into the third now for me) and have a very very specific craving and in the past have decided to stop low carb thinking I'll just calorie count instead so I can have the craving. Doesn't work. So I will plough on. And think about the craving about 20 times a day

standinginthedoorway · 20/10/2015 09:06

Congratulations DrSayrra!!! What an achievement!

Logging food for today after pizzagate...

B: avocado, 2 X eggs mashed with butter and salt, tea with splash of whole milk

About to have coffee with splash of whole milk and coconut oil

L: tuna with ff mayo and salad and / or leftover chicken soup made with homemade chicken stock, chicken, cream, coriander and spices (last of the meat I need to use up before attempting to go pescetarian)

T: not totally decided but think it will be prawn curry with Greek yog and salad leaves or spinach

Good luck today all! I'll try not to fall off the wagon again Grin.

lisbapalea · 20/10/2015 09:40

Congrats DrSayrraT! Great news and I don't think you should worry at all about any non-bootcamp celebrations!

LexLoofah · 20/10/2015 12:13

congrats DrSayrraT !!!!! bloody brilliant and if you can't have cake on the day you get your doctorate when can you? fab news, well deserved

happy low carb anniversary natural

ChesterDrawers · 20/10/2015 12:22

Scales have dropped another pound overnight, which I'm thrilled about as my appetite has made a bit of a return and I was worried about bouncing back up after that. Now only 2.5lbs til I am back in a healthy BMI for the first time in forever.

Yesterday I had nothing til 3pm, then:
Snack: 3 x ricotta and chorizo cups
D: Salmon fillet wrapped in parma ham, swede mash with butter and cream and broccoli tossed in butter. Not massive portion, but did my best
Evening snack: Two oopsie rolls spread liberally with butter and two glasses of red wine

Today's plan:
B: BPC with butter, coconut oil and double cream
L: Three ricotta cups
D: Bol with grated cheddar

Going to the gym after work too so hoping to continue the downward trend while I get my eating back on track.

ChesterDrawers · 20/10/2015 12:23

Oops Sorry, meant to say congrats to DrSaryya - well done Flowers

debka · 20/10/2015 13:06

Hi everyone, checking in a bit late as I've been busy.

Lost another 5lb this week which I was very surprised at, since I lost 12lb the week before! I do have a lot to lose though, but feel like I have made a great head start :)

Had a minor indiscretion with some fruit cake last night, but have just carried on BC today, hopefully it won't have too much of an impact...
