Programme on at 9pm on dangers of sugar. BBC1 I think.

BerylStreep · 19/03/2015 19:45

MrsK I love M&S shoes for mid heel.

What about these grey ones?

I have these black ones which I absolutely adore. Super comfy and I like the little patent trim on them.

I also really like these black & white stripy ones but they might be too high.

CharlieSierra · 19/03/2015 19:50

Lex I have that fainting thing, happened when I had my IUD fitted and when I have a smear, it's awful. One time the episode was so bad they stopped me driving for 6 months. Last smear I had under GA when I was having something else investigated because the bad one traumatised me so badly I just can't go through with it now. Sad

I have had the shittiest of shit days at work. It was 11.45 before I managed to eat my breakfast (an avocado), and I had to sneak that whilst on a conference call because I was so hungry I felt ill. Had a chicken salad about half 2 and am going to have a couple of black farmer sausages with celeriac/cauliflower/leek mash. Then I'm going to bed and tomorrow is another day, to quote Scarlett O'Hara. And I'm still bunged up!

LexLoofah · 19/03/2015 20:00

charlie am sorry to hear about your fainting and your bad day. Suspect a biscuit would not have sorted your fainting out, oh my that is bad, now I know why the nurse was hovering around and wanted to help me with my knickers!

Shame about you being put off smears although don't blame you at all, what a crap design to put that nerve/vain thing in that particular place unless it really has to be. in fact the whole conceiving & birthgiving arrangements are a pretty poor design and don't get me started on bfing

Mrsstevejones · 19/03/2015 20:01

Hubby is home yay but knackered and jet lagged. Everyone has stopped puking but student number two is now looking a bit green so may only be a brief respite.

I did hm burgers and chips for tea with salad and lc coleslaw - obvs no chips or bun for me. Always goes down well with our visitors.

Food was ok today, still struggling with the water.
B - BPC, coffee with cream
L- Green smoothie
D - Burger and salad
S - 20g of carbs worth of nuts - they are easy to eat arent they? OPPS

Hubby has only been away for five days but says i look thinner than when he left - love him!

CharlieSierra · 19/03/2015 20:23

Lex God is definitely not female Grin

Romeyroo · 19/03/2015 20:32

I am heading to bed in a minute, just getting some herbal tea

B coconut milk and flaxseed mix - almost 11am as badly organised morning and DD still under the weather
L spinach leaves, cucumber and roast chicken - this was nearly 3pm
D courgette and mushroom frittata - just after half past seven

Did half hour walk

Gcalgske · 19/03/2015 20:32

If intelligent design was true we would have been given a zip opening to get babies out. I say that as someone who nearly died twice giving birth. It is not fit for purpose.

CharlieSierra · 19/03/2015 20:54

I think sea horses have the right idea, let the blokes do it all.

BitchyDoesWitchyThings · 19/03/2015 21:11

Grin charlie that sounds like the best plan I have heard for a while!

SayraT · 19/03/2015 21:15

beryl I have those M&S shoes with the patent trim. I love them too Grin

Gcalgske · 19/03/2015 22:07

If you like IC shoes MrsK have you ever tried united nude? I have a few pairs that are a bit quirky and comfy.

MrsKoala · 19/03/2015 22:13

oh they are lovely, but a bit on the pricey side. They'd have to be really comfy and hard wearing for me to invest.

cymrukernow · 20/03/2015 00:11

Did someone mention comfy shoes??!! I have 2 shoe shops selling just that- yes really. My latest purchases are Clarks Oriana Billy in tan and Aquifer Belle ( silver sling backs with kitten heel - FAB)

FurFoxAke · 20/03/2015 07:25

Morning all, I haven't RTFT so I'm sorry if I miss anything.

Busy busy, lots going on and I'm all puffed up again thanks to TOTM.

A good couple of days foodwise and I've had my water too so I'm hopefully on track for minimal damage and maybe next week I'll even get a visit from the Whoosh Fairy. Please? Grin

MrsKoala · 20/03/2015 07:42

OMGOMGOMG I have lost another 2lb. i think i am having a whoosh.

So i have now lost 16lb. I wouldn't normally have weighed, but i woke up feeling really slim (i know that sounds crazy) and then i did a big poo (sorry tmi) so i jumped on the scale and i am now 12st 7lb. Which puts me 5lb off target of 12st 2lb. I may try to go down to 12st now.

My arse and thighs still seem quite big tho. I think i need some exercise. My back is getting a bit better now so i am going to start swimming a couple of times a week.

Gcalgske · 20/03/2015 07:46

3kg loss over night! Will wait for a few days to see if it sticks. Whoop!

Mrsstevejones · 20/03/2015 08:09

Lucky wotsits mrsk and gcal - please send the whoosh fairy my way - i havent really deserved it but.......

almahart · 20/03/2015 09:10

Wow! Well done mrsk.

I didn't do 11-7 yesterday sass, I just find it too hard on top of the deprivation that I am currently feeling. Am craving fruit salad! I am just going to koko til the end. I was 10.8.0 this morning and my target was 10.7 so I think I will get there. I am going to avoid alcohol though, which I think will help.

BitchyDoesWitchyThings · 20/03/2015 09:14

MrsK glad you have had a whoosh fairy visit. Grin

sassandfaff · 20/03/2015 09:19

alma I'm doing pretty crap at it too. I think my heart isn't in it. I've weighed 13,8 for 2 days in a row now, so I'm OK sticking to this too.

Dp has a day off today, so the plan is stay in bed, watch the good wife, eat lc treats.

He's at b and q at the minute though, getting a new fuse for the cooker. Pray it works as hundreds on a new cooker is not good timing at the minute, we only bought a new one last week for our rental.

Mrsstevejones · 20/03/2015 09:47

Morning, BPC for breakfast. Trying but failing to make house look like a show home for est agent pics - 2 hrs left arrgghh.

Just saw eclipse, wow.

On my own scales i am 13.8 but on the scales at boots i was 13st 12, so i believe mine as boots are obvs lying. I am a bit scared about BC finishing but i will KOKO - there is a continuation thread, right?? I will carry on as this WOE really suits me and i still have a loonngg way to go and a little break in May where i will need to get in a swim suit, eekk.

Sass my hubby also at B&Q as we only have 3 out of 10 light bulbs in living room working and we look like a student digs but its my attempt at energy efficiency !

Must stop MNing and get the hoover out!

sassandfaff · 20/03/2015 10:18

Yes biwi has said there will be a continuation thread mrss

I've only lost 1stone out of at least 3 and1/2, so i m not going anywhere just yet either. 2 and a half to go at least.

Good luck for your pics.

Romeyroo · 20/03/2015 11:05

My oven went on Tuesday sass, is your DH changing the fuse in the wall switch? I have had my element go before, so that is also a possibility - I was going to try the fuse first as well though

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 20/03/2015 11:53

Oh i'll be here til the end of the year at least too, sass Grin
