but AF plus Saturday night chippy tea do not a skinny bird make. Body fat still on the way down though, so despite gain, I am apparently half an lb of fat down on last week, if that makes sense.
Still a bit disorganised, this awful PMT really seems to have turned my life on it's head this month. I know that sounds totally dramatic, and I know others have loads more going on than a bit of PMT, and I know if someone else said it I would probably be a bit
but it's true. Kicks up arse/slaps on the back/much needed hugs greatly received, but please be aware I may cry on you.

My three-times weekly kettlebells classes have been cancelled, which I am beyond gutted about, so trying to sort a PT session so I can carry on using weights. So might have a session today, but if not no exercise
