Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

breakfast - 2 pcs bacon, coffee with almond milk

Snack - big coffee with cream and a little gf cake Hmm

Late lunch - salt and chilli belly pork, coleslaw, fried veg (courgette, mushrooms, shallots)

3l water

I'm 10lbs down :)

Having an eating day today!!
Breakfast - streaky bacon, avocado, hb egg. 2 coffees with almond milk
Lunch - pork belly, coleslaw, fried veg (brocolli, spring onion, shallot, courgette)
Snacks - babybel, garlic sausage, alomds, 2 pc 85%
Dinner - omelette with cream cheese, spinach, shallot, prawns, cheese, tomato

3l water, fruit tea
