Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

Food was all on track yesterday, but drank a great deal of wine!

Yesterday - lunch was avocado with mayo and the egg bit of a quiche that my mum gave me. Dinner was chicken thigh and fried veg. Not enough water

Today - breakfast was scrambled egg with butter, spinach and kippers. 2 coffees. Litre of water

Lunch was 2 avocados in hm mayo, with some pine nuts

Dinner is steak with mushrooms and brocolli in garlic butter, with cheese. And hm mayo.

Gonna force another litre in now, really not thirsty the last few days

Snack - 2 pieces 99% choc, some almonds
